Established in 2008.

We have been representing clients in Denton, Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, and other North Texas Counties since 2006. We felt we could better represent our clients by handling cases in a more personal manner and started this firm based on that principle.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Growing up all over the country taught Joshua D. Smith to quickly adapt to new challenges. After arriving in the DFW area for the second time, he finished High School in Coppell, before attending UNT where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio, TV, and Film before begining a marketing career. His lifelong passion for film led him to Produce a low budget feature film in 2002 before he began his legal career.

Later graduating from Texas Wesleyan School of Law where he also gained his certification in ADR and Mediation, he began practicing in Denton County in 2006 under some of the best Attorneys in DFW, developing the skills of an acomplished litigator. He is a member of the Denton Bar, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and has been an officer of the Denton County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association for the last three years including serving as President of that organization. He has served his community as a Municipal Judge in Flower Mound in Denton County.
