The Cross Timbers Gazette newspaper was established in 1979, and is mailed monthly to 24,000 affluent homes and businesses in the southern Denton County towns of Argyle, Bartonville, Copper Canyon, Double Oak, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lantana and Robson Ranch. It is also distributed in newsstands across southern Denton County and available online at CrossTim​bersGazette​.com.
