Established in 2009.

Started in 2009. Exclusively serving Texans only. Texas has the most restrictive and protective home stead laws in the nation. As such most out of state lenders do not understand Texas homestead laws. Our combined 46 plus years of working loans for Texans gives us the ability to deliver superior customer service to our valued customers.

Mortgage loan officer with over 20 plus years of mortgage and real estate experience. Past owner of Equity Line Mortgage. Origination experience includes FHA, Convention, Jumbo and VA. Specializes in creativity and making deals work based on innate understanding of lenders strengths and borrowers unique needs.
