Starbucks

Not even a greeting walking into this place. Yes it was 8:30p.m. and the place was getting ready to close at 9pm. Ok fine, I will let it slide while Ashley gives me the death stare. I place my order for a Venti white mocha and a flat white. Seems Miss Ashley doesn’t know how to make a flat whiite. She begs her co-​worker to make the drink for her. He replies with «NO»! I’ve made them all day, you need to learn and make them yourself. She gives me the minimum wage doe eyed look. That’s right, no flat white for me. I paid for the one drink, which by the way is not hot. Will I hit this particular Starchucks again? No! I’m off too ROOTS Coffee House.

Average Starbucks. Baristas can be hit or miss. Not a ton of seating, sometimes patrons can be disrupting compared to other locations.

The employees were friendly, they made our drinks fast and it was yummy, too. The location is a bit hard to pull into from the other side of the road but the parking is not bad. The building is really nice and clean also along with their restrooms!

Asked us to leave because of the storms in Dallas. I guess the message is go die somewhere else… Nice. FAIL.

I had to write this review, to get it off my chest before I start my day. I arrived at Starbucks and went to the counter, there was one woman in front of me, yet I stood there for several minutes. I understood being friendly with the guests, but not at the expense of everyone else, talk AND work people! You have got to know that people are on a schedule in the morning. Anyway, while I was standing there waiting, I was noticing how dirty everything was at the counter. It looked as though there was a coffee explosion and no one cleaned it up, dried coffee stains all over the new coffee packages and gift basket things, and a lot of dust! There were also flies crawling around everywhere… ick! I handed the guy my own cup (go green!) and he started the drink in a paper cup anyway, then tossed it and started it in my cup. I said «uh oops» thinking there goes the whole purpose of bringing my own cup and the two guys made some snarky comments to eachother. Then, I moved over to the other counter to wipe down my lid, since my drink was filled too high… that counter was even more dirty and digusting. I love Starbucks and visit many stores often, this store is by far the worst I have experienced. I expected better in this particular area of town. I won’t be going back.
