Great nail place. I am very hard on my nails and I can’t have them done every week. So I can go in and have the one or ones I chip fixed. More than once sometimes.
They also serve wine and margaritas for those really hard days. Everyone is very nice and will go out of there way to help you. I enjoy going in and see everyone.

This is not my first time coming to Majestic Nail Spa and I continue to come back because they have offerings that aren’t at other places and the entire staff is great at what they do. I see Raymond often and he is always a professional and accommodating. Fancy did my manicure and Paul did my pedicure this time and they both took the time to do the job right the first time. They are both super sweet and hospitable. Best of all my mani’s and pedi’s actually last! I LOVE THIS PLACE and highly recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer from the start. The management changed and all of the people turned over as well — I haven’t had luck since. I gave it an extra star because SOME of the technicians are really great so it wouldn’t be fair to completely knock it down. The new man at the front desk is beyond rude and creepily stares at you as if to say hurry up most of the time that you are there. Read the 5 star reviews…“so happy with customer service” due to nails popping off etc. How about just NOT having the nails pop off. Management switched in third week of August so reviews before then are based on the old and better régime.

I have been wanting to try this place since they opened and I finally had a chance while on vacation last week. I had a nice relaxing time, enjoyed some wine, and was satisfied with my nails. I got a gel manicure. Within a few days, three of my nails peeled on the tips so I peeled them completely off. I almost didn’t go back in but decided I needed to get my money’s worth and get them repaired. I went in today hoping they would be willing to help and repair them at no charge and they did. They even put another coat to make sure they were all matching. Even though the initial job wasn’t amazing, they stepped up and took care of me when I came letting them know I wasn’t fully satisfied. Redeemed! I will go back as a paying customer.

I got Nexgen nails done and they look good but, the service was okay. The lady failed to make it clear for me that they were going to charge me $ 5 extra because of adding a tip to my nail. I would think that would be included… If the tip of the nail isn’t included it’s pretty pricey. $ 35 for Nexgen and the a $ 5 extra if you want a fake nail tip. So I ended up spending $ 40. The atmosphere is great but honestly I think that’s the only reason why they charge so much. You can get the same results at some place cheaper.

Great gel manicure! I Lost my favorite tech at my old salon. I was in search of a new tech who is creative and that could do more than just a French manicure. Hanna does a terrific job with designs. Not just your «average «Nail tech!

I was in town visiting a friend when we walked in without an appt on a Friday at 530pm and were seated immediately.
I asked the person upfront which pedi was the best to soften my skin, and he recommended a mid-​level option, so that was nice he didn’t push the most expensive pedi.
The girl who worked on my feet took her time and did a thorough job. She was one of the most detailed people I’ve had for a pedi. She ensured my feet were smooth by the end, and she gave a great leg and foot massage. That’s really all I care about! Language barrier was there, but luckily we didn’t have to talk much.
They offered frozen margaritas/​daiquiris and a variety of vodka, tequila, and other liquors for free with any service. I only had water because I’m picky with my alcohol brands, but it’s a great deal otherwise!
They have a large wall of colors to choose from, many of them included great brands like Orly and OPI.
Parking was easy as it’s located in a newer strip mall with ample space.
The TV was semi blocked by the lights décor, but I usually turn on the massage chair and close my eyes when I get pedis.
I got NO CELL SERVICE in the place, and the employees confirmed it’s awful. It’s nothing they can do, but just a warning before you visit.
They could improve their customer service as the guy upfront wasn’t that friendly. I also don’t like to review how employees look unless it affects their work, but this guy also had a mole on his chin (not a big deal) that you could tell he purposely let grow long, black hairs over an inch long (big deal). I’m tough when it comes to organs and blood, but this literally made me sick to my stomach. That is a customer-​facing role and there is nothing advantageous to purposely showing off thick mole hairs as a style. NO. This alone made me want to give fewer stars, but my pedi was great, and that’s the main focus.
Also, my friend got a mani and it came out a little bubbly in the polish even though we sat in the chairs until dry, so that stinks, but my pedi polish looks good.
I would recommend it!

This was by far the best mani/​pedi service I’ve ever received. Linda and Tina were kind, gentle and thorough. I was especially impressed with the removal of my previous gel manicure. I typically dread that part because most manicurists scrape and scratch the nail. Not only is it painful but it’s also terrible for your nails. Tina was extremely gentle on my nails and still removed the polish efficiently without any harsh scraping. A first for me. (Yay!)
What I loved most was I never had to prompt or instruct them to change or fix anything. They anticipated every need and every issue. For instance, at one point during my pedicure, the sun streamed through the entrance door pretty bright and right in my face. I didn’t say anything or even show much discomfort because I knew there was nothing much that could be done. But Linda immediately asked if the sun was too bright in my face. Consequently, the host at the front ended up standing in front of the door at just the right angle for at least 20 minutes, until the sun finally set. So above and beyond!
I was so impressed with the level of care and service. I truly felt like a queen. After a rough day, this was exactly what I needed. And I should note, they also have a complimentary drink menu including sodas, mixed drinks and wine. :)
Best place I’ve ever gone. I will be a regular! Thank you ALL for the amazing service and the special treatment!

Love love love this place! They take their time, don’t speak about you in a foreign language and the environment is beautiful. did I mention they serve drinks with Vodka??? See Linda she’s fantastic!

I love this salon! The staff is very friendly. Kelly does a great job. I’ve tried their manicures, pedicures, and facial so far and I’ve always been very pleased. They really take their time and they have fun with each other and their customers. Oh and don’t forget you always get a complimentary drink!

Recently went for pedicure with my daughter. They have a great selection of nail polish and their pedicure chairs were great. However the guy doing my nails acted like he couldn’t be bothered. He kept getting up in the middle of the pedicure and at the end he got up and I had no idea if he was coming back. I asked the lady doing my daughters
nails if she could help get my sandals on and low and behold he showed up.
My pedicure was just okay, he sprayed quick dry on my toes which caused my polish to have bubbles on it. The lady doing my daughters nails did a great job though. I will give them 1 more try and see but, there are nail salons on every corner so I won’t go back if it happens again.

Moved to FM in February and tried many nail salons. Majestic on 2499 and Lakeside Pkwy is by far the best nail salon in Flower Mound. The people are great!

Absolutely love this place.
Very clean and relaxing interior. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. I got my nails done by Sara and pedicure by peter! Both were amazing and did wonderful jobs! Total time was about 50 minutes. So good at massaging I wish it lasted longer will be returning for sure.

Best nail spa in flower mound and i have been to almost all of them. Staff were excellent and friendly and the services provide more and the average place. During their 30% off opening sale i walked in and got pedi, mani, facial. Love the mani, pedi, but there are much better places to get facials. This is going to be my new nail place even over Bella

Today, I stopped by with my mom. I called earlier, and they said that we could just walk in. I ordered a royal pedicure and my mom went all out with the signature pedicure. They had complimentary drinks (Red and white wine, strawberry daiquiri, etc) and warm neck pillows. The facility is new and feels very high class.
Peter helped me, and he really tried hard. It was very evident that he put his all into my pedicure (I left a huge tip because he was so great haha). Ivy worked on my mom and she was also helpful and attentive.
My mom’s pedicure was to take around 50 minutes, and mine around 30. But we ended around the same time. I got the better deal ;)
My feet look great, but I do wish there was a little bit more work done on the soles of my feet. The attendants didn’t really talk to each other and just asked me questions when necessary. I thoroughly enjoyed that since it allowed my mom and I to just relax. The hot towel wrap was probably my favorite part!
There is currently a 30% off special, which made the price reasonable. I footed the bill since it’s almost Mother’s Day. I think I’ll be back again if they have a special.
If you’re looking for a new salon in Flower Mound, try them out! I would recommend Peter and suggest either a Royal or a Deluxe Pedicure!
