I tried them for Eyelash extensions and this is the worst! They maybe great for brows but for Eyelash extensions HORRIBLE. The 1^st time in Flower Mound, my 90 minute appt. was done in 45 minutes only to conclude that she had crumble all of my natural lashes with adhesive to finish fast. Then I went back for a refill thinking she would straighten things out and ended up with a bunch of big white gunk’s of glue that she said would go away and has not unless I pull my own lashes out. I used their «1^st time» client coupon for a $ 79 then $ 40 for refill only to end up with No extensions and now my eyelash are gone too with big white hunks of glue remaining. 1^st time and Last time client!

I went here to get a Brazilian Wax and I am NEVER coming here again. They do not use hard wax. They use strips to wax your pubic hair and that is not what you are supposed to use. They are more painful than hard wax and there is a higher possibility of leaving your vagina swollen and bleeding. After I went there today I know not to come here ever again. My vagina is definitely swollen, it is bruised, and it is extremely red. Some of the skin even came off and it bled. So I’m warning you, please do NOT come here to get a Brazilian wax. Always go somewhere that uses hard wax to wax down there.

I usually have great service here, but the last two visits have been a waste of money and time. Spending $ 40+ on a unnoticeable service is ridiculous. This last time the lady barely left the dye on my lashes and Brows, making it look like nothing has been done. She used a dry cloth to get the dye off instead of wet, or squirting water on my lashes to get off first before telling me to open my eyes. The had dye in my eyes, blood shot eyes for a while after, and nothing to show for it. Either I’m getting poor employees or the good ones have left.

Literally have not stopped crying since I got my brows done yesterday. I let my eyebrows grow out so I could have them professional shaped up for my upcoming wedding. I’m new to the area and saw good reviews about this place. The lady was nice, but once I returned to my car I realized I had the most UNEVEN, over plucked and poorly shaped eyebrows I have ever had in my life. I look like a CLOWN. I am completely mortified. No amount of eyebrow pencil can help. PLEASE do not go here.

Update: They stated that they brought the gel back that doesn’t stain your skin. But I came today and it stained my skin, it’s apparent that it isn’t the same product. I hope to see consistency and the true miracle gel to be used again. I’m not happy but I am willing to give them another chance… I ask that for me techs don’t go so dark on the tint, no need! the pic I posted is perfect.
Tips for the techs; ask the client to show you a pic instead of assuming you know what they want and in return get a poor review.
The only reason why I rated them a one star was because they had the gel tint (that doesn’t stain skin and it was a perfect brown) for a short time which made my brows look amazing. Everyone was asking so they can go to where I go. I came in today and found out that they no longer use that particular gel so I went ahead and used powder and it was a total fail, my eyebrows look horrible! After I told ppl where to go for brows and now I have to tell them to go else where. :/​The manager is sweet but I question the products they use. I miss having my brows, soon I will have them perfect again, it’s just finding the right tech.
Asima is good, she takes her time. The manager is sweet but at the end of the day it comes down to service and delivery. This place may be perfect
for someone else but its really finding the right tech who will listen and deliver to your terms. I also look over reviews and if I see any inconsistencies I think twice about going to that place.

Love my eyelash lady Ranu’ she has a very gentle hand, and is very patient even if you fidget.

Their packages are wonderful, and overall have saved me both a lot of money and time. I’ve always had a good experience here, and have never had an appointment and am serviced quickly as a walk-​in. I have always used the eyebrow tint and threading package, so I cannot comment on other services. If you like going to a salon and just relaxing while receiving a service, they are good for this as well — the technicians will service you quietly and professionally. This does not mean they’re not personable, as if you start a conversation they will definitely talk with you, but otherwise they are quick and professional. The only critique I have is the location, as the shopping center has limited parking on busier days like weekends, and the salon itself is not much for atmosphere/​décor. But hey, if you come for the service at a good price, this is a good option to consider.

I read some reviews online and decided to do my eyebrows here. I have been looking for a place to go for my eyebrows since I moved to Lewisville.
Yay!!! I finally found it. Haleema did my eyebrows, she is so friendly and she did what I asked for. I am planning to go back.

I had my facial at this location today and I’m very pleased with their services and top of all they got really good deals VERY REASONABLE.

I just moved back to DFW from WA and needed a new threading salon. This one is convenient so I figured why not give them a chance. I didn’t have an appointment and amazingly enough they were able to get me in and out quickly. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good hair removal service. I did not have any irrigation and it looks great I’m very happy with the results. It’s great they follow up via email to make sure that I’m satisfied with the customer service and my the appearance. Yes they do upsell other services as mentioned in other reviews however doing so is part of every salon I’ve been to. It may feel awkward to some customers it doesn’t bother me as they are very clear with the explanation and it is easy to just say that you are not interested in other services or even to go home and think about it. I have zero problems recommending them to others looking for great hair removal salon that is relaxing and offers customers both customer service and awesome results.

I had a facial at Arch Brows. The estitician did not wrap my hair with a towel which meant that my hair got wet. She didn’t examine my skin under magnification, use steam or use a hot towel at all. What i received was a facial massage with a very cold towel. Very sad and very disappointed in the service.

I saw Haleema yesterday and she did a great job on tinting and threading my eyebrows. She was very thorough and made sure my eyebrow tint matched my hair color. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I don’t write many reviews, unless it is extremely deserved. I have been meaning to write this review for some time now.
This review is for the Flower Mound location. I’ve been attending the FM location for years. I’ve tried many therapies; many facial therapies as well as eyebrow threading, tinting eyelash, eyebrows, and other services such as extended mink lashes, wraps, and more. The staff is extremely helpful in determining advice on what is best for your face and certain products that help your eyelashes grow naturally etc.
They want to provide packages because they are then able to provide the lowest price possible. Everybody I’ve seen there while I am attending my appointment or walk in, has expressed positive responses to the work that has been done. The staff is easy to communicate with and patient to explain and teach, and answer all of my questions.
I am very grateful for the packages as they provide more affordable options. Each individual treatment has been very beneficial for me over the years. I continue to return because I have multiple women that I work with that are all kind, supportive, and treat me like family. Especially Asma, Evalise, Nadia (owner), and others who are always available when a quick walk in is what I need.
It is an excellent place to go for these type of services and also to buy products. I recommend them to my family, take my daughter, as well as my friends, and I always carry referral cards in case I run into someone else that needs the services they provide, which are vast. I have used the product offered to grow your eyelashes out naturally, and I’m extremely impressed and grateful for that and some other products and kits purchased. They are high quality and helpful.
I recommend people stop by and try a service and/​or grab some pamphlets or coupons (also they will text or email special deals even better than offered packages).
They have everything from waxing, permanent makeup to eyebrow threading and tinting, body wraps, and more The outcome is professional yet personal, with relaxing surroundings in which to be pampered. In my case the services always look great. Every treatment I’ve had a service performed I have been pleased with what a difference some of the treatments and products make! I intend to continue to use their services, use their discounts, packages, and look forward to seeing them every time. Thank you!
Also multiple locations exist and newer locations as well around the North Texas area that I know of currently. The owners are wonderful, kind people. Over the course of my services I have met them, one having provided wonderful eyelash extentions (Xtreme) and refills, as well as other staff. I am close to the location and am very grateful I found them!

They do an amazing job. I bit the bullet and bought a package, and it is a really great price per visit if you go that route. Im really picky about my eye brows, and I really like this place.

Great service, friendly and fast! I highly recommend. I will be going back, when needed. I have always just «plucked» or waxed. Waxing always left me with whelps on and around the areas waxed and left it so raw for days. Threading is not as painful as waxing, at all. The girls here are fast, it’s over before you know it and no after effects; no whelps, no rawness, no swelling. I’m sold!!! Love it!
The only problem is they will always try to charge you more, if you take in a coupon. You have to argue with them to get the «deal» they are offering that month. They do always try to up-​sale, as well. Which make it awkward at check out.

My eyebrows have never looked better! I see Haleema for my eyebrow threading needs (about once every two weeks) and she is AMAZING! Not only does she do a great job but she is quick and friendly. I have gone other places in the area and have not been pleased. Go see Haleema — you will NOT be disappointed!

I came to Arch Brows because of an advertisement for a free eyebrow thread. I usually go to Style of India, and am happy with them, but I figured if it was free, I’d give them a chance to win my business. I regret it. I don’t know if it is was because I showed the coupon up front or what, but I am serious when I say the girl did my eyebrows in under 3 minutes flat.
She didn’t listen to my request that my brows just be «cleaned up» and that I like them thicker. In under 3 minutes, she basically destroyed my brows. They are even thickness the whole length (generally not desirable for most women), and just much too thin. I’ll have to spend a couple months growing them out to get reshaped back to normal.
I gave an extra star for price (obviously) and the woman’s generally nice demeanor, but I would recommend everyone stay away!!!

I come here after work and there’s never a long wait. I’m in and out pretty fast. I like that they don’t try to force you to keep your brows really thick, but they also don’t make them super skinny.
Most importantly, I’m slightly a weirdo and can never initially tell if my brows are even– they never get impatient with me when they hand me the mirror and I’m triple checking to make sure my brows aren’t wonky.
They offer a lot of other facial/​spa services but I haven’t tried any of those yet.
