After the floods of August and September 2011, we asked Hill Concrete to build a new concrete walk on the side of our house that would manage surface runoff water and keep it away from our house.
We really like the work they did for us — a new walkway on the side of the house, new front steps, and a French drain system to move groundwater away from the house.
The owner is smart, enthusiastic, and friendly. He listened to our general ideas about what we wanted and then designed and built a system that looks great and works well. He also suggested adding the French drain system to move the subsurface water away from the house. He and his employees were polite, hardworking, and took pride in their work. The craftsmanship was excellent and the price was very reasonable.
We highly recommend them.
