History

Established in 1958.

Ruth and Rudi Kluger began designing and producing furs from their home shortly after arriving in America. Their son, Larry, and his wife, Susan, joined the expanding business and relocated to Flossmoor Commons in 1989. The full-​service salon has been serving the Chicagoland area and Northwest Indiana for over 55 years. Kluger Furs offers a unique collection of new and used furs, shearling, leathers and quality outerwear for women and men; in addition to on-​site cold storage, cleaning, conditioning, repairs and restyles. The attention to detail, personal service and expert workmanship that Ruth and Rudi began continues to this day.
