Nails Plus

I love this nail shop! Not too expensive and my nails last. The staff is friendly and professional. I received the best pedicure treatment here than any other salon i’ve been too in north county. I’ve been going for about 6 months now… we shall see if this momentum can continue. Ill re-​review at the end of the year.

I have tried out many nail places, this is currently my favorite. I don’t usually get my hands done, but I love a regular pedicure.
I haven’t made an appointment here and I’m always greeted quickly and I feel like I get out quickly also. I have had two different pedicurists and they both did an excellent job.

I went to this salon today to get a mani pedi. It was aprox. 11:30, so it was not crowded. I was taken back immediately. The woman that did my pedi, started off ok, until she saw another customer come in that I assume she had waited on previously. She might as well had let the water out of the bowl, because after that she finished my pedi in less that 2 min flat. She even asked if I really wanted a mani. She seemed dissapointed when I told her yes. I was not only rushed, but she also cut my toenails too low. I was then ushered to the mani desk where someone else started my mani. This was the worse mani I have EVER had. She pretended not to understand what I wanted and basically slapped the polish on and sent me to the dryer. Despite the horrible service, I still tipped. Not very well, but I did tip. after my nails were dried. I went to back to her to get the parrafin wax. She grapped my hand, ducked it and grapped the other. I immediately pulled away. After the wax driend and peeled it off. She said «You’re done.» Well, I really was not done, because some bits of wax were still on mhy hand and under my nails. I requestd my tickect back, scratched off the tip andleft. I will NEVER go to this establishment again! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Oh the girl that did my mani was Nikki.

I recieved poor service at this salon. I was told my nails would be dry in 10 minutes but I waited 15 at the dryers. The polish nicked and ran. I went back for them to fix the mess and they didn’t even remove all the polish they just polished over it which left bubbles. I ask 3 different people about it before Tim came over and put ANOTHER top coat on. 3 hrs later it was still not dry and iI find another nick. Will not try that salon again.
