I have visited this location 3 times before I decided on writing this review. I should start by saying I’m OBSESSED!!! It’s official five guys burgers and fries are going to be apart of my life forever I honestly couldn’t see going a week without eating here. I like to order the little bacon cheeseburger which I must say is about the size of a standard burger for my condiments I like mayo lettuce and extra pickles I really enjoy the little chip style pickles that they offer. And formy favorite size of fries I like to get the little fries, it’s more than enough for one person, since they dump an extra scoop of fries on top of your bag. So I don’t think you can ever go wrong with five guys

Dude working the register is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. I’ve been to this location twice and he goes out of his way to take care of people. He is on top of everything. They called my order number and before I was out of my chair he was already walking it over to me. I saw him offer to make a small child something different if there was nothing on the«standard menu» he would eat. He walks around while not taking orders and straightens up, asking people if everything is good and clearing their trash. I really hate myself for not getting his name — but he inspired me to stop dragging through a Monday and try and be nice. Thank you 5 Guys dude. Oh and the food was good

I decided to give this location another chance and was again disappointed. Even though I ordered online, my order was still incorrect. I don’t order a complicated burger and yet my burger came loaded with things I did not order. So much for saving time ordering online. The final blow was when I noticed my burger was pink in the middle. I uploaded pics to the store’s Unilocal page. I can’t recommend this location of Five Guy’s.

Been to five guys many times. Second time at this location. Place was clean. We received the food quickly. The freestyle Coke machines are awesome. I had the Orange ginger ale and the cherry ginger ale. The cherry ginger ale was delicious. Highly recommend! What’s cool is there are endless combos of flavors! Got the little burger with lettuce, pickle, tomato, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup. It was good. The bread was very soft. Got the little Cajun fries. They filled it up, as usual, much appreciated. Great lunch spot. Fast. Plenty of parking. And delicious burgers and fries!

Burger heaven. Doesn’t get much better than this for the pig out perfection. Gourmet burgers fixed with whatever toppings you can imagine or ever want.

Love going here. Place is usually pretty clean. I can only go once in awhile due to the cost, but it is always worth it. I use it as a special place to go when I’m hanging out with one of my kids at a time for one on one bonding. We load up on peanuts.

Really not that impressed with their products. Meat had no special flavor and fries were soggy. Soda machines were visually impressive but the products/flavors themselves were of low quality also sweet tea was very watered down.

I always forget when ordering how big their burgers and fries are they seem to be bigger everytime. I love the peanuts they offer and the Burgers are so good!

Five Guys is the chain that started my quest for the best burger in St. Louis. It’s not really a quest so much as a compulsive need to order burgers wherever I go to find one that could potentially beat the Five Guys burger experience. My first encounter with Five Guys was at their Town and Country location. I fell in love and couldn’t have been happier to find new locations in St. Charles and Florissant, which seem to be my stomping grounds between work and home. Just a few tips for folks new to the Five Guys Experience: The fries are cooked in peanut oil, so take your Epipen if you have allergies. Note, I did not say avoid at all costs, just take the damn Epipen!(it’s worth it, I promise!) The menu isn’t clear enough for some people. If you order a regular burger, expect to get a huge burger with 2 patties and all your toppings. If you are a light weight, order the Little Burger. You will get one patty instead of two. Last but not least, order the regular fries. A large fry here is ridiculous, and is more than enough for two or even three people. The regular order will get you a cup of fries in your bag, and then another cup dumped on top of your order. It’s not a joke. They dump them right in the bag once everything else is in there. The last tip is to eat slowly. Those fries will be hot!

Yummy burgers and fast! Pick your own toppings, pay and wait just a few minutes. This is great place for a fast lunch. Plenty of seating and parking.

This is not the healthiest option at all. One could probably grease their scalp with the grease from the fries in the bag. But it is frickin tasty. You can customize your burger however you like it, prices are perfectly fine after you eat lol. Cajun fries can be a little salty and the portions are huge, one reg fries can be easily split btween two people. It doesn’t take long at all and if ur a fan there are peanuts everywhere for the taking. idk what peanuts and burgers have to do with each other though

Quick service. Consistent quality. Clean location. I don’t know what more to say about a Five Guys location. I do think they’re overpriced, but no one forced me to go there! Well, actually… I take that back. I went with my co-workers. Those jerks! ;-) I have to reiterate — the service was very quick. Impressively so. We had a group of 7, and we seemed to be there on a rush. We all were through the line with food in hand(see also: mouth) in 10 – 15 minutes I’d say. Nice job, staff!

This is one of those clog your arteries places that is a guilty pleasure but you can only go once a season, then run 10 miles and bike 20 just to burn the ridiculous amount of calories back off. I love the guy that joined Unilocal just to bad mouth the overly priced gross food. I am not sure if he was in the wrong store or what but when you want grease this is the right place. I think we have eaten here once and I liked it but when you think back on what you just ate and think wow should I have done that, Its not good. I liked everything about my food and the way you can customize the burger but it is definitely not health food. I also laughed when the guy at the counter who was a bigger person told me that I needed to order a large fry if two people were sharing them. WE had fries left over from the regular that we got so yeah. So all in all I would say that I really like this place but wont be going back without fasting all day first.

It’s tough to eat at Five Guys if you’re dining alone. Burger: 4⁄5(Little Cheeseburger is normal sized) ~$ 5 Fries: 3⁄5(smallest size is wayyyyyy more than a single person can eat) ~$ 2 Drink: 2⁄5(pricey) ~$ 2 Customer Service: 5⁄5(Everyone was really nice) Noise: 3⁄5(most 5 Guys locations are loud, but this one was louder than the others) Location: 2⁄5(located on Lindbergh but kinda tough to get out of the parking lot anytime traffic is a little busy and you’re headed south)

Awesome triple mushroom burger and tons of fries. Florissants new burger champ. Wow was it good. I read the other review posted on here and was stunned. You can always find things to like or dislike about a restaurant but when someone writes that EVERYTHING is bad it makes me suspicious. This place serves burgers, fries, and soda as their basic food group. My burger was awesome, one of the best I have ever had, my fries were good but the fact that they gave me so many of them they were overflowing into my burger bag got them a bonus. They had a good selection of soda which I stayed, ate, and enjoyed a few refills. Worth every penny. If I wanna eat cheap burgers there is a great White Castle about 3 blocks from here but when I am man sized hungry for a burger I have a new place I will be thinking of. This is my second Five Guys and a Burger and I have to say the experience at both was fun and delicious.

First of all I want to emphasize I joined Unilocal EXCLUSIVELY to provide a review of this ‘restaurant’. When approaching the outside we noticed it is plastered with reviews that are ancient, their cups boast accolades from 2001!!! There is a reason! Upon entering we don’t receive a «Burger Time!» or «Hello Welcome to 5 Guys!» No! We literally covered our ears b/c these morons SCREAMED«TWOINTHEDOOR!» There was a staff of 12 people behind the front service counter and EVERY last one of them was screaming at the top of their lungs at each other, and screaming numbers out to people waiting on food that were literally four feet from the counter… THIS in addition to the blaring music being piped in over the speakers. I’ve attended rock concerts that were quieter. My wife and I order two cheeseburgers — mind you NOT doubles, NOT bacon cheeseburgers, standard issue cheeseburgers and one large french fry. This total comes up to $ 18 and some change!!! It’s like purchasing food at an air show or rock concert… and believe me there is nothing entertaining going on here! My wife only drinks Dr. Pepper or Mr. Pibb — their menu board shows only five beverages. We don’t order a drink. We slide on down to wait on the burger getting as far away from these screaming fools as possible and discover — they have about a dozen beverages to choose from so I once again whip out my debit card and buy her a large drink. WHICHCOMESTO $ 2.50FORONEDRINKONCARRY-OUTWHICH I WILLNOTBEREFILLING!!! Sonic sells 44 oz.(which this is NOT for .99!!! The gas station next door for .79 for a 44 oz. as well!!!) We stand there and this employee continuously keeps shouting at people — it’s chaos! I am WATCHING the whopping 6 diners this establishment had constantly re-start their sentences b/c the SHOUTINGWASSORIDICULOUS!!! I would NEVER in a million years decide to eat in their dining room for any reason — I don’t care if Hugh Hefner and his bunnies were inside it just wouldn’t happen! He hands me the greasiest brown bag after SHOUTINGATMYFACEWHEN I’M STANDINGRIGHTINFRONTOFHIMANDTHEREISNOONE — I MEANZEROOTHERPEOPLEWAITINGAROUND«NUMBER64!!!» I take this greasy sack home three miles up the road. We get it home and I’m expecting a tasty treat. NOPE!!! What we got were burgers dripping grease and ZERO flavor!!! There were TWO patties — I’m not sure if this is how they come b/c we did NOTORDERDOUBLECHEESEBURGERS. They were not good at all and quite frankly they tasted like old wet Steak n Shake burgers — ya know HORSE meat! There was zero seasoning, no saltiness, no grilled flavor, it was just blah!!! Then the giant cup of fries. These french fries were so orange from DIRTYGREASE I posted a pic on facebook and someone said«Mmmmm fried Zucchini!» Ummmm, NOPE!!! Supposed to be golden brown french fries but we got something that appeared to have soaked in iodine overnight!!! If any manager calls my house or sends me mail or an email I will promptly ignore it, hang up, delete it. If I was given a $ 50 gift card I would not go back. I can get a MUCHMUCHBETTER burger from the following places: my home, Wendy’s, Steak n Shake, or the floor of an old Denny’s that was shut down in the 1970’s!!! I will never be back and I will NOT be the LEAST bit surprised when I see this new location shut down forever and ever amen! Whatever fool convinced this poor franchise owner that A) this is a good burger B) this neighborhood will support a $ 22 meal or C) That people enjoy GETTINGSHOUTEDATLIKE A MARINEDRILLSERGEANT during a dining experience is a darn fool to the epic degree! I have since told all of my Facebook and Twitter followers of this vile 3rd circle of dining hell and I hope they take my word for it. Businesses that have failed in this ‘hood that were much less expensive: Ponderosa, one Quiznos, TWO Sonic’s, Rally’s, Long John Silvers, Red Lobster, and Fortell’s Pizza Den. With THIS kind of LOUSYSHOUTINGSERVICE, ORANGEFRENCHFRIESFROMFILTHY — ABSOLUTELYFILTHYGREASE, RI-DONK-U-LOUSPRICEPOINTS and the inability to even list all of their beverages at a reasonable price(c’mon folks it’s soda, what’s that a nickel a gallon?) I will rejoice and do a little dance on the sidewalk at what is inevitably going to be another empty shopping strip mall location in less than a year!
