Firestone Tire & Service Centers

My entire family has taken all our cars to this Firestone for years. We have consistently been treated honestly and fairly.
Chad, one of the service managers, has been very up-​front about the work needed and has discussed it with me in detail, without once «mansplaining» to me.
One time I brought my car in because my brakes were making a loud noise, and I thought that I needed to have them replaced. They checked my brakes and assured me that they were in fine condition — it was brake dust that was causing the noise. Other places might have chosen to take advantage of the situation to make a buck, but instead these guys were honest with me and instead made a lifelong customer.
We typically drop a car off the night before for an early-​morning appointment, and it’s always been ready as promised for routine things.
I regularly recommend this Firestone to friends and family.

Scheduled an appointment during lunch break basded on the sales guy’s claim that an inspection would take less than an hour. Arrived 15 mins early and checked in. Proceeded to sit for the next hour and my car never mooved. Looked into the bay and guys were wandering around talking while the other half of the crew actually workes. Asked the sales guy how long it would takd once they got it in the shop. He said it could take 2 hours. Took my keys and lefy. Next day the meineke across the street took my car and completed both inspections within an hour.

Horrible horrible horrible place that likes to try to take advantage of women because they think we’re stupid and know nothing about our vehicles…
One time they tried to tell me that in order to get an alignment, they needed to drill a hole in the axle or something… I knew it did not sound right, and told them to forget it.
A second time they found an exhaust leak and tried to tell me that my only option was to spend $ 1000 and get a whole new exhaust system. I said no, and took it across the street to Meineke where they welded the leak and replaced the muffler for under $ 200.
