We visited Sunday because my son-in-law had received a gift card from work. We arrived at 7pm and were told our wait would be about 15 min. I didn’t look, but it felt like about 15 min. Our waitress came to our table in a timely manner, but was not friendly or smiling. We ordered and our soups and salads and drinks were brought out in a timely manner. We had to ask two and three times for additions to be brought to us, some of which weren’t brought out at all due to the waitress admitting she forgot. By additions I mean things like napkins, lemons, crackers, etc. I finally got up from the booth, found the manager and asked for a new waitress. There were empty booths and tables around us, and it was getting emptier as time went by. We waited 45MINUTES! after we ordered for our food to finally be brought out to us and we had 2 small children waiting, too. It was after 9:30 before before we could actually leave. The second waitress was better, but apparently they aren’t allowed to talk to each other because she had no idea who ordered what on which bill, even though we tried to tell the first waitress we wanted separate bills. So of course, the bills were both wrong. Everyone’s food was good and what was expected. I will not willing go there again. And one more thing. We went to the bathroom and could see through to the kitchen on the way to it. It was messy and the floor was covered with water and«things». I couldn’t see how clean any part of it was, but it didn’t look safe or sanitary.

Why do we have to wait for 15 minutes when we asked to sit in the bar and there are many open tables? Dirty tables but many open ones. Don’t get it!

We had a great waitress, who tried her best but the kitchen just couldn’t get our order out. When the food finally made it out(about an hour after sitting down) it was very good, and of course still hot. We probably would have walked out otherwise. Interestingly, the«healthy» dishes, while lower in calories, are a little high in sodium, at least it was for the Salmon. I do like the little computers on the table, yes they are a haven for all sorts of germs, but you can pay the bill quickly, just wash your hands afterwards.

It had been years since I was at chili’s it was clean, our food was fresh and the ½ turkey sandwich and fries was really good. Ill give the waitress a pass, didn’t seem to know much about the menu maybe she was new. Paying at the table using that touch screen thing was my favorite however be ware if you are going to play games on it or do anything other than pay for your meal they’ll add on $ 1.99.

Some of the other reviewers of this Chili’s location have said the service is spotty depending on when you go, and we must have gone at exactly the wrong time, because it took an hour and 45 minutes from the time we walked in until the time we finished our lunch — way too long for a place like this. It must have been shift change, because wait staff came to our table three times(drinks, food, and bill — nothing in between) and it was a different person each time. Meals must have been ready at least 20 minutes before we received them because they were cold and the buns were hard as rocks, so we think they sat under a heat lamp for quite a while waiting to be delivered to our table. Wait staff forgot our salads so they came AFTER the rest of the meal, at the same time as the bill. When the waitress(incidentally, management should tell the wait staff that if they have tongue-piercings, please keep them INSIDE the mouth while dealing with customers) asked if everything was all right and we said«Well, not really,» she asked if we wanted to see the manager. We said yes and paid the bill(no telling when we’d have the opportunity to talk to a human again), which was probably a mistake, because the manager never appeared(there probably isn’t one). After waiting 20 minutes or so, we left. Won’t be returning to this location.

They did an awesome job. We went there for dinner right after we got off the plane. The food was awesome and the staff were fast and friendly.

Depends on the night. Usually good service, food always seems a bit slow. Clean and delicious though!

First time customer to eat Chili’s food. I liked the commercial on TV, advertising 2 for $ 20.00. Called in a To Go Order. Was told it would be 20 min. I arrived 20 min. later & had to wait 15 min. with other To Go Customers waiting. Went at 5:00 Fri. nite. Very few customers dining inside. Ordered the ½ Rib with original sauce, fries & a Bacon Hamburger & fries & Fried Moz. Cheese as an appetizer. All was on the 2/$ 20.00 menu(on-line). The food was Delicious! The ribs were so tender & had such a great flavor & were so meaty. The burger was cooked to my spec. Med. well & was so big & delish my daughter said. Fries and Cheese sticks were hot & very good. I will definitely go back soon. My only qualm is while paying I observed one of the male cooks making a Salad for a customer & he did not have gloves on. The Manager was present next to him. I could see others near him with gloves on. As for the food it was a great bargain & very good.

Loving the lunch menu. I have had the half BLT with a Caesar salad and steamed broccoli. Love it so much, the perfect combo. Chili’s is great but this place needs some work on presentation of food. Kinda sad really I went to the Chili’s at mid-rivers and the food looked so so much better. Not that it made a difference in flavor but it made me feel bad about paying allot for it and I got literally the same thing and one looked a mess. Love it though.

Today Chili’s introduced their«Ziosk» it is a GPS looking device that sits on the table and is made to entertain you. I find this humorous because I have always had slow service and the food always seemed to take forever to come out also, at this exact same Chili’s. Today, the food was great, I got a mushroom swiss burger and we ordered the skillet queso. I have been a fan of Chili’s for a long time. Back to the technology. The server tells us that we can not only«call a server» kind of like tapping the button on an airplane for a flight attendant, but we can also order our food, and pay from this machine. Oh, and there are news applications, and games. My friend and I being on the verge of real nerds grab it right after she takes our drink order to get the appetizer, it’s not on there! There were only 4 appetizers. And it seems you have to tap everything twice to get it to register… pfft. Fine. Back to regular serving… So our lunches come and I had just asked our server for a refill on my tea, she says yes and then comes back to take orders at another table w/o my tea! So… I start looking for the server light on the Ziosk, and I could not find it, luckily my tea came before I died of thirst. As disappointing as our first 2 attempts were, we easily found the«pay» button and I was REALLY impressed!!! You can split checks from this machine, and gauge your tip based on percentage, and ask for a detailed or shortened reciept AND it prints it right there at the table!!! I might go back just to play with the Ziosk.
