We offer developmentally appropriate preschool programs for Pre-​K 2 year olds, Pre-​K 3 and Pre-​K 4. We have certified, highly qualified teachers who genuinely love what they do and the children they teach.

We invite you to meet our teachers and visit our classrooms. You’ll find our small class size provides an intimate, secure atmosphere to make friends and take early steps toward independence. History

Established in 1967.

Calvary Nursery School is a co-​operative nursery school established in 1967. We are a fully Licensed and Accredited School. We are located in the Education Wing of Calvary Presbyterian Church on Ridgedale Avenue in Florham Park, NJ. We have 2 large, bright classrooms with appropriate size restrooms in each and a large outdoor play area.

Meet the Manager

Colleen M.

Manager

Mrs. Colleen Murphy is our Director. Colleen comes to us offering an impressive background both as an Assistant Director of a Child Care Center and as a Teacher at the nursery school and elementary school levels. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and has her K-​8 teaching certificate from Kean University. Colleen also has extensive experience with special needs children as she worked in a Pediatric Medical Daycare Center where she provided care and teaching to children with special needs. She has done much volunteer work over the years and is a true advocate for children.
