Quikstop Oil Change

The service at the initial stop was Good. I was not lied too in an effort to up-​sell me other services. I was not pressured to change wipers, air filters etc. The additional service of vacuuming the car and cleaning windows did not go unnoticed.
But to be honest, I had a serious problem after I left. I had an oil slick under the car the next day. I am giving them a 5 because, while I had a problem, the service to make it right was above and beyond what I have experience in retail business these days. While it is upsetting for the service to have a problem, fixing the problem with straight up action is how business should be done. They even went as far as to tell me the new procedures they are putting into place to prevent another occurrence. While they came to my house to clean up the mess on the floor of my garage.
I will come back and I will recommend them in the future.

I like the convenience of the Quikstop Oil Change. I can stop in while I’m out running errands and be out of there in 10 minutes. They do a good job. I get all my fluids filled, care vacuumed and have never had any issues. The only thing I don’t like is the price. It’s much more expensive than going to an auto shop. However, when I go to an auto shop, I have to make an appointment and sit for 45 minutes. That’s a lot of time for a boring errand.

This place is awful. I used to go to it semi-​regularly (I know — fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me) and it was terrible every time. The employees aren’t particularly friendly, and would only address my husband when both of us would go in (even though MY NAME is on the car title and in their database), and their prices are outrageous. I went in with a Groupon for an oil change once, and after it was applied they still charged me almost $ 50, saying that the Groupon only applied to the service and not the cost of the oil. A friend with the same Groupon took it to a different location and it covered the entire thing; she was not charged anything extra. Stay far away!
