While traveling through Florence late on a Saturday night we had a tire go flat… Early Sunday morning I found Potters and called the emergency cell number posted on the door as there was NO other tire business in town open on Sunday. A brief conversation and moments later we had our tire repaired and were on our way down the road. More than a pleasant atmosphere — a kind and honest establishment. I cannot recommend Paul and Potters enough!

While on vacation our check engine light came on and the car was doing odd things. Took it to Potter’s hoping they were honest as we were over 400 miles from home. Not only were they quick on checking out the issue(we came in late morning) but found the issue out and corrected fast so we could continue on with our vacationing! They explained everything clearly and in laymen’s terms. We SO appreciate their integrity and help to us out of towner’s! Would highly recommend Potter’s to anyone needing a good, honest auto mechanics.

Last Sunday, we found ourselves in Florence with a failing tire. Of course the tire places were all closed. We knew that we could not make it back home to Springfield on the tire, and the spare was one of those teeny tires. We stopped at Potter’s in frustration. Fortunately, a nice man was working in the back. He asked us to give him an hour to finish his task. When we returned, he quickly changed the tire. Beyond that, he checked the air in all the tires and offered to check the fluids. Service like that makes me miss living in a small town. If you are ever stuck in Florence with tire problems, Potter’s has an emergency after-hours phone number.
