A teeth cleaning procedure was done on my dog that was not necessary. I questioned it, after the fact, so asked for a copy of the vet reports and pointed it out to them that the report said the procedure was not needed. Their response was that a lot can change in 1 month. It cost me over $ 500, but they justified it by saying they found a bad tooth once my dog was put out. The receptionist agreed with me, but the office manager and owner would not admit to any wrong doing. I felt that me and my dog were used for their financial gain and they are seriously lacking in ethics. The receptionists are warm and friendly, but I have nothing good to say about Dr. Bachman or Elizabeth.

We had an emergency with our dog. We live 30 minutes out and wanted to get there right when they opened to see if they can get us in. We didn’t have an appointment. We called while on the road and we’re able to get a 10:30 appointment. We didn’t have to wait before seeing Dr. Bachman. Dr. Bachman and his asst. Matthew were both so sweet and gentle with our pug. We were in and out in no time. I’m happy that we’ve found a vet in the area we’re comfortable with.

They are caring, attentive and competent. The front office is very helpful and all the vets have been great with my cats.
