If you’re looking for a quiet place for a break from the city, this is pretty nice and affordable. Located on Mercer Lake just outside of Florence, OR and the beautiful Oregon coast, the rental «cottages» are right on the lake. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio overlooking the lake every morning. It was a very relaxing and affordable place. Kitchens come equipped with dishes, pans, pots, dishwasher, fridge, etc. — bring food (or there’s a Fred Myer just down the main highway) and you’re all set. The property is nothing fancy but very comfortable, clean, and peaceful. I’d give it 3.5 stars if I could.
