Efird Chrysler Jeep & Dodge

My hardtop convertible Chrysler that I purchased from Efird started leaking a few weeks ago, so I called Efird to see if they could repair it. On the phone, I was told yes and dropped it off. Later that day they called me to say they could not fix it. Went in to pick up the car and was charged $ 50 for them to look at it. When asked why they could not repair the car they make and sell, they said they did not have a guy that knew how. Really?

I took my car here to have a recall fixed and decided to have an oil change and tires rotated. I asked them when they rotated them to put air in the tires since the tps system kept going off. When I picked up the car and drive off the lot the tps came on and I noticed that the tires that were low were still both in the back. I called since I was charged for this service and they said oh no they were rotated. The service check in girl even said she saw the tires off the vehicle. You can tell that the tires were not touch by looking at the dirty rims you would thing there would be some type of finger or hand prints if they were rotated not only that I new what the tire pressure was on all the tires since the tps was going off. The girl said bring it back in and we will rotate them again. No way will I take it back and I will not be buying another vehicle that they sell since they r not trustworthy! I have pictures to support my claims but don’t know how to post them.
