Absolute worse place ever, the employee and managers rude. My 4 year old went in to the store and started staring down my baby and was watching everything she picked up and was really harsh and sassy when i bought her the tiara she wanted. Then i noticed they were staring down the next couple of kids really creepy like.
The next time i went in there with my friends to look at the cute lil stuff and wanting to find somthing for my babys birthday and one of my friend accidentally dropped one thing and they instantly snapped «PICK IT UP RIGHT NOW» and we were appalled by this behavior and when we left they scoffed at us
I have to say these people are the rudest in the mall, they were being disgusting creeps to my child and rude and unprofessional to their customers, i recommend never coming here or trust these people with your children, the Spencers employees are more nice and sweet than the people here.
