If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This place has earned a great reputation for taking care of their customers and it’s well deserved. They made the boat buying process extremely enjoyable and were an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and how they’ve serviced our boat for the past 2 years. UPDATE-​STILL SHADY. They promised to reimburse me for the $ 200 spent on fuel to drive there and find that they don’t know how to test drive a boat. Never heard back. My guess is they sold the junk boat to a poor unsuspecting customer who now has a blown motor. Their response does not even address there negligence and lack of knowledge. THEY acknowledged the motor was in bad shape and their response is full of bogus comments like a typical deceptive business does. They didn’t want me to give it any gas driving it back to the dock they were so worried about it. I asked them a half dozen times to take the boat for a test drive before I drove 6 hours ONE WAY. «It sounded great during the test drive» was there lie. I drove it for 90 seconds after it was warm and the motor sounded like it was going to throw a rod at any second. The speedos were pouring water all over me during the test drive. Lies will catch up with them in the long run. If not maybe karma.

My wife and I walked into Cincy MC to buy a wakeboard. A week later, we have 2 surfboards a new wakeboard and a shiny new x25. We compared 4 other boats and 2 other boat stores, it felt right to buy from Bill and Jason. 3 weeks later we are very happy with our purchase. After the sale these guys have gone beyond our expectations to help us learn to use our new boat to its potential. Thanx so much!
