I’m an athlete and I ruptured my plantar fascia in Dec 2014. One year later, my foot hasn’t completely healed and I need to increase blood flow to the area for it to do that, and increase flexibility.
Long Story, Short-​San Sue (older lady with long wavy hair) does an OUTSTANDING job, she works hard! After the first session, my foot felt 90% better by the end of the day. Second session, it is feeling like we are getting back to normal. I will continue to make appts with only her. (she does not speak English)
I recommend her for foot reflexology, especially for athletes for both maintenance and recovery..

I’m not sure about Reflexology or what that even is, but if you want a great massage, it’s 60 bucks for an hour. I go all of the time. It’s awesome. Half the price of Mitchell’s.
