History

Established in 2007.

The Block and Vino is Family owned by Brent and his Wife DeAnn Tiller and ran by a great team consisting of Executive Chef Chris Carpenter, Butcher Tim O’Shea and Melvin Gibson. Brent and DeAnn are both Francis Marion University graduates and have two daughters who attend McLaurin Elementary. Brent originally from Hartsville and DeAnn from Dillon after graduating made Florence their home. The Tiller Family are members of the First Presbyterian Church and are both involved with charity work.

At the Block and Vino it is our goal to create happiness around the family dinner table. Having an Executive Chef on staff has it’s perks! Chef Carpenter works with many of our customers on meal planning, onsite meal catering, and large family gatherings. From a catering stand point we can do just about anything.
