Established in 2015.

With 17 years experience in the Holistic Healing and Massage Field, I decided it was time to open my own business and offer a Stress Free Zone with all my special touches. I am excited to begin this journey and I hope you will come along for the ride!

Having worked with holistic & alternative healing methods since January 1998, I, April McBride, LMT #2599, will create your stress free zone for therapy & healing. I currently offer Certified Licensed Massage, Bodywork, Bodystretch, Energy Healing, Hot Stones, just a touch of Aromatherapy along with many other techniques. I will tailor each massage or holistic session to your needs. Working with your set of comforts & instructions allows me to work WITH the body instead of ON the body; thus creating a more complete and fulfilling treatment.

I have past experience as a Massage Therapy & Therapeutic Stretching Instructor, leading all future therapist to success, since July of 2009. Assisting future Holistic Therapists in their quest for a more healthy alternative to modern medicine. I organize and detail the curriculum to create a more focused & skilled Massage Practitioner.
