Bought a washer and dryer from here — got an excellent deal. The owner was very friendly and helpful (called us to tell us he had a matching washer and dryer available). The appliances were delivered to us next day for a small fee. Couldn’t be happier with their customer service and pricing. Thanks!

My husband is the owner and operator of Ace Appliance. We started this family business in 1986 with a desire to serve Florence County in an honest, efficient and economical manner. Today that goal remains the same. God has blessed our business and we desire to be a blessing in return. Reviews such as the one from Ms. Maria are quite upsetting to us. We are very sorry she was unhappy with her experience with us. However, in her review there was no mention that she was given a loaner refrigerator at no charge and was told the repair would be a lengthy one because it involved seal system work. We always try to lay out repair options versus purchasing a newer appliance. At that point the customer decides the option they choose.
Many times we have helped DIY customers with parts and instructions. We also give back to the community on a weekly basis doing no cost repairs for a large local ministry. Yes, everyone has a right to their own opinion. But, as the wife of this business owner, I had to give a «rest of the story» response.

They great customer service but awful professionalism. They repaired my refrigerator twice now, the first time they took the time to clean it prior to returning it. Remind you they had it for over 3 wks the first time, the second time had it for almost 4wks and this time it looks like no cleaning at all inside or out. There is dirt on the outside as It was outside. Wow after the money we paid you would think they would be a lot better. Never again will we use them and will make sure people know about them.
