I own a Home Club program, which is not a Home Warranty we help assign tech to our members homes and pay at the time of service with a credit card or put the card on file before hand. I called this company to service a member of mine, they accepted the job on 1⁄21 and then never showed. When I called the office today first the lady on the phone hung up on me without even saying bye and I was still talking, then when I called back she said OH we cant work with you. Be aware now this member has been without heat for 4 days! What kind of company couldn’t call me back and advise me that even though the accepted the job they now changed their mind! If they cant follow up with me and I guarantee payments who knows if they will come to consumers homes on time, beware.

Service is this companies game. Call with a problem and it is resolved with 24 hours, usually less. General maintenance of HVAC or gas pack units, to options for replacement, this company looks out for the consumers Best interest. And the techs and owner is honest.
