It’s been over a week since I picked up my custom printed artist’s smocks; I held off on my review because I wanted to see how the printing held up after a washing. I could not be happier.

These guys really know their stuff. First off, they matched the color to the sample EXACTLY. The placement and size of the image was PERFECT. These custom printed smocks and t-​shirts really classed up my business, and I received rave reviews from my own customers for them!

Anthony and Melvin could not have been more attentive or helpful during the process, and I left feeling that I was a valued customer and not just a job.

I can see that these two young guys are in business for the long haul, trying to build a customer base. They know that the customer is the reason they’re in business, and not an interruption to their day.

I just picked up my shirts which were ready last night, but I couldn’t make it in to pick them up, so I got them today. They came out great! Exactly how I pictured them. Quality of the printing and shirts are great! In less than a week, I received my shirts! They are very willing to fix any issues I may have with the printing on the shirts. I couldn’t be happier! I will definitely be a returning customer.
Ps– I did receive an email of a mockup of the design I wanted on my shirts the same night I placed my order. They respond to emails and phone calls in a very timely fashion! Two thumbs up and 5 stars!

I came in to the store today to create an order of T-​shirts for my family vacation in about a month. I was greeted and helped by super friendly and helpful staff. Not only were they willing to work with my design, but they went out of their way to find me the particular type of shirt I am interested in.
So far, my experience has been top notch extremely satisfied. Not only are their prices lower than any other company I’ve gotten a quote from (including big named Internet custom shirt printing companies), but they told me I’d have my shirts in just a few days (also quicker and better than the big names internet companies)! The staff was very patient with me, I did not feel rushed at all, and I was treated like a very important customer. Honestly, being treated well makes a huge difference in my buying experience, and for that, I am grateful.
At this point, I just put some money down for a down payment. I have not seen the final draw up of my design, and I have not received my shirts yet. But from the experience I’ve had with the company so far, I am positive that I will be satisfied and happy with the way my shirts come out.
When I receive my shirts, I will be updating my review. So far, so good!

What can I say about Anthony & Melvin? These guys are the absolute best!
With 5 days until my wedding and dealing with stupidity from Staples, I went into Printact with hope they could help me with my wedding program. Anthony & Melvin sat with me, discussed the formatting and calmed my nerves. They were quick to respond to e-​mails and even called me at 11:30 PM to see if I could come by to view a sample before the major printing got done. They provided me with a beautiful wedding program that got rave reviews from my family and guests. I spread the word about Printact to those I know who are getting married or planning a party in the upcoming months. It’s definitely the place to go, and I know I’ll definitely be going back! Shout out to Printact for always hooking me up on all my customizable goods! These people are definetly the best at what they do and take their time and put all their effort to making sure that your product comes out the best! I just recently got an Insta-​Frame done and it is great to use for weddings, birthdays etc. as a photo prop to make the memory of your occasion more memorable. Anthony also responds in a timely manner so you’re never waiting around for an answer for a long time. This is not my first order that i have gotten from them i also purchased shirts and hats and the material that they use for the two were the best and the desgins that i wanted done to my shirts are still intact as if it were brand new! all in all make sure you check Anthony and his team out for any custom work! they will work with you and also give you the best price they can!

I came to know about this print shop from passing by the store on Jericho Turnpike. The BRIGHT lime green sign was quite eye catching. I eventually visited their website. The website in itself is very user friendly and has EVERY thing you can possibly need to know to place your order.

Having reviewed their website I decided I definitely want to use this place for my next custom order. Last Saturday I visited the store to check out physical samples and see if they had anything additional to what was posted on the website.

I was greeted by Anthony, he was cheerful, polite, knowledgeable and got right down to the point. He gave me his opinion on everything I chose and I could tell he wasn’t trying to make money off of me he was trying to make sure I was happy with what I chose.

I needed help creating my graphic, he pulled up his design lab on the big screen TV and sat there and designed it with me until I was happy. He pulled out shirt samples and showed me the actual colors after they were printed. He spent a lot of time helping me get my order perfect and I was very appreciative.

After placing my order, I received a confirmation E-​mail that I OK’d and then two days later my order was READY!

I went back to pick it up and was greeted by another employee who was also very nice. My garments were wrapped nicely and packed in a green Printact bag. I took notice of how themed the store was.

Everything was very organized and well planned out from beginning to end. At the last minute I saw that they offered metal business cards and I said oh I wish I ordered that. They said hey if you want to wait 15 minutes we can make it for you now. I was shocked at how prompt their service was. I decided to wait, as I waited I was offered refreshments and snacks and even got to play a game of chess.

Another amenity this store offers is odd but awesome hours. I work from 9 – 5 and when ever I have errands to run I have to leave early because most stores close at 6 PM. NOT Printact, they are opened until 10 PM M-​F & it seems like they are there 24 hours on the weekends. Nevertheless, they are always accessible by phone on the 1(800) number. This amenity really set them apart from average companies and was very convenient for me.

Across the board I give this company five stars. The service is amazing, the quality of work is exceptional, they offer a wide variety of products, the store is nicely laid out and accessible, the tech surpasses any other printing company I have used in the past and most of all their prices are very fair.

I will definitely be coming here in the future and recommend anyone to use the Printact team for their next custom order.

So this is my review before i recieve the product. Came in and the store is full of apparel that they screen print. Lots of colors styles to choose from. there is a chess table in the middle of the store i guess if you want to play chess you can.
I was greeted by Anthony who is superful friendly and knowledgeable! I came in telling him i wanted to have 2 shirts made with writing on the front and the back.
This guy is super tech saavy. He has a Huge TV screen that he uses as his monitor. He has a keyboard on the chess table that he then help create my document.
This was a great idea he made sure the spelling and exactly what i wanted was written clearly took down my info and told me he will have the items for me next week! I asked if i needed a deposit for the items he said i will recieve an email and i can actually pay online that way.
Im so excited for my shirts to come!
My shirts which i was not in a rush for came and they came out great! Although i would recommend. If you get a size medium in womens shirts it looks more like a small so maybe size up?
