Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews but I can’t say I knew what this market was like before the change in ownership. I only popped in here for a gallon of milk which was averagely priced but I did notice a few sales so I ended up signing up for a Foodtown card because I don’t typically shop here and also got some OJ, meats, and a few snacks. The store is small and a bit cramped overall but not terrible for a small local market. The checkouts could use some updating and the cashiers were nice and they have their own parking lot. I wouldn’t make a special visit but would have no problem stopping in for a few small items when in the area.

This supermarket is pretty decent but there are a few downsides. Although it has mostly everything you need, for starters parking is an issue. The space for parking is extremely limited and crowded and there is almost no side street parking. Furthermore the aisles are very narrow which can be annoying. Overall the cashiers and workers are nice so it’s not all bad.

It’s a bit cramped when walking down the aisles but at least it has a big parking lot. They have a big bread section with a lot of fresh choices which I like because fresh bread is so much better than the processed stuff. This isn’t my go-to place but sometimes I stop in for a rarely better deal. Even though this place opened up recently there is some archaic feeling to it, like they are behind on the times.

Site of the former Met Foods(Angelo’s & Joe’s). For many years it was a true neighborhood market. The store has changed for the worse, much higher prices, poor selection, high staff turnover and the lowest quality«store brand». You must check the freshness and sell by dates on everything. Do right by you and your family; go down the road to any other local option.
