Went there at 5:55 on a Saturday. They close at 7:00 they were giving massages and told me to choose a color. So I did after sitting we were told there’s a wait I responded ok– she says no we can’t do it! Thanks for wasting my time. Says no appointment required but clearly they do not take walk ins. I live around the block and won’t be back!

One word to describe Susan’s facial: PHENOMENAL! I have never felt so relaxed coming out of a facial appointment! Her facial gave me such a glow and I can’t wait to go back in a a month!

I used to frequent this salon quite a few years ago and I loved it, and now that I am in the area more often I decided to go back and see if they were still as great. I am SO happy with my nails and this salon! Susan did my color gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. She did an absolutely amazing job! I started with their #3 pedicure, the callus removal and scrub was fantastic. My feet are so smooth! She really took her time and made sure I was comfortable. My gel manicure looks flawless. My biggest pet peeve with gel manicures is when they are thick, and she made sure that my nails looked perfectly natural. My eyebrows are exactly the shape and thickness that I requested. The entire salon in general is clean, and the women are friendly and hardworking. I’ve frequented just about every salon in the Bellerose/Floral Park area and this is definitely the best there is! I would recommend calling and making an appointment, as they had a fair share of customers even on a Monday at 11am. Highly recommend!

Very professional service, found out that every employee has 10yrs or over experience. Very friendly and kind. Recommend this spa very much!

I’ve always tried to come to this nail salon but for some reason, I had horrible timing. I always chose a time that was super busy and didn’t bother waiting. My experience here today however, has convinced me to do otherwise in the future. From now on, I will either make an appointment or choose a calmer time. Despite arriving a half an hour before closing, I was treated very nicely. My nail tech did not rush at all, I was so surprised! She took her time with my pedicure and was very pleasant. I love that they use plastic covers for their pedicure tubs… very hygienic. They also use a hand scrubber so they can get a deep scrub. Along with that, they use a hot wax for your heels and give you a quick little massage that is awesome! I also screwed up a toe by hitting it on something, and it was closing time… my tech didn’t get upset or give me an attitude. She laughed at me and said«it’s ok» and fixed it. Although it may be a tad bit more expensive than the lil nail salons on Jamaica, it is well worth the extra money. Friendly service and a cleaner salon is superior and I don’t mind spending a little more!

I’ve been here a few times and I love it! It’s clean and they are always friendly. The service is great too! They have plastic covers for the pedicure station which is really nice because you don’t have to worry about other people’s feet touching it. I’ve only gotten mani pedis here and they always do a good job. They even massage me at the end of my session while I’m drying my nails. The only reason I deducted a star was because I feel their nail polish selection could be better, and I always have to bring my own polish. If you go mon-wed before 2 they charge less for a mani pedi, but make an appointment because the wait is usually long.

I have been coming here a few times recently. My problem is that the staff are very annoying. They keep asking questions about my personal life. It’s a nail salon not a hair salon where you can talk to your stylists for hours about things. They also never ask if you want a design or if you your nails cut. One time a girl cut my nails without asking. They were extremely short. On top of all that, I had to pay $ 2 more dollars. If i were you I would go to a different one. They are about fifteen other salons in the Floral Park/Bellerose area.

Good manicure, decent price. HOWEVER, FULL of annoying housewives that get their 2 year old manicures and pedicures and let them overtake the ambiance of the place. I’ve been there three times and all three times, same general experience. Today, I asked my manicurist if she could turn up the volume of their light FM radio station just to drown out the over-dramatic mothers taking nonstop pictures of their daughters and she flat out said no. I was nice about it and said I liked the song and if she could please — lady still said no. Whatever happened to the days when you went to get your nails done, you listened to some 70s light rock and escaped in the smell of cucumber melon hand lotion? Since when have nail salons become princess parties? Again, decent manicure, decent price, doubt I’ll return based on the clientele of the area.

Love this place! My go to nail salon when I have the money to splurge. During the weekdays it’s not as busy and walk-ins are more welcomed compared to the weekends. They do prefer that you make appointments especially during Friday-Sunday. This is a more classy and clean nail salon compared to the places that just says Nails. They have wood floors and tiles for the pedicure stations. The nail polish selections are of OPI and Essie, which are both top brands and that’s another plus to their quality. The pedicure chairs have massage features on it without any charge, it’s relaxing and enjoyable. They have up to 5 pedicure packages starting at $ 20 and the ultimate is $ 50. I’ve experienced the $ 20 pedicure and I really enjoyed it, and the massage was well needed and they do a wonderful job! I’ve also experienced the $ 40 pedicure and it is worth the extra money if you want to treat yourself, but the main difference here would be the 10 min reflexology. The manicures are wonderful as well. They have hand care packages within $ 15-$ 25 which includes variations of massages and oils. I’ve had the most minimum and the massage is great but it does depend on which lady you get because some slack on this. I’ve just recently got the gel manicure here and it was strange that they painted my nails first and they did the hand care. But regardless it was still a treat. My nail polishes last on my nails for a good 2 weeks, and the gel manicure last about 3 weeks. My pedicure nail polish does last me a good month though! BTW. I got my first parking ticket here! Be aware of the time and where you park. If you aren’t sure just ask the ladies!

The worst pedicure ever. Uneven, and polish all over feet. Her name was Harry. It was like she wanted me out of there quickly. I will never return and will tellveveryone I know never to go there. Granted I don’t have the prettiest feet but don’t treat me like you don’t want my business. Message received loud & clear. I need to still go get a pedicure! That is how bad it was!

Being that this is not my first review of this place, I can still only say good things about it. It is my regular go to place for mani, pedi and massage. Albeit a bit pricey, I truly believe you get what you pay for, and I feel that this place is worth it. Kim does a great job on the mani, pedi and eyebrows.

First time customer. Got a mani-pedi which was done at the same time by 2 of their workers. It was nice, cut down on the time I spent there. They did a good job, but for the price I’ve gotten the same quality for a cheaper cost. I went during the week so I was expecting a deal, like mani-pedi for $ 15 – 20. But no, it’s a bit pricey. I ended paying like $ 50 in total because i really needed my nails done and I got the spa pedi. Personally, I wouldn’t go back but only because I can spend a lot less and get the same service elsewhere.

Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Clean and modern. There’s a menu posted on the wall which lists the various types of manicure and pedicure along with prices. Might be a bit pricey for some but it’s really worth it. Remember to get the heel scrub.
