I was sitting in my car at the drive thru window waiting on my order when I witnessed a stack of coffee cups get pushed onto the floor. The clerk picked them up and placed them back on the counter with the clean cups. When they brought me my order I stated to several of the servers that I observed the cups hit the filthy floor and the had also and the practice was unsanitary. They did have the grace to look embarrassed. THESE PRACTICES CAUSE ILLNESS. Shame on Tim Hortons– BRISTOL Rd, Flint.

I lone this Tim hortons I will go out of my way to go here much better then other Tim hortons in the area. Workers are so nice and friendly and fast.

While I don’t really condone much of supporting Canadian chains over your local coffee shop this is a rare exception — good reason, they’re open late so you can drink coffee great even late.
24hrs they will serve you their amazing whip cream covered hot chocolate with a smile. Their service is top notch. And Timbits are mad cheap.
