Our family lost a brother uncle and friend to many.
In our grief the representative also explained that if my mother would like to make pre plan arrangements for herself at this time we would be offered the same price. They made us feel that my mother who is on disability was getting a great deal, along with a peace of mind that this would not be left for her children.
This was wrong, they withheld ALOT of information, that was not given to us. Buyer beware. I feel they took extreme advantage of us in our time of grief by not disclosing all information pertaining to our purchase. I would suggest looking around for other funeral homes, as an option.
