Spangler’s is great! The husband and wife team that run this place are so nice, genuine, and hospitable.
Husband and I originally came here because his parents were in the market for a new vacuum. Since my mother-​in-​law is sensitive to dust, they were looking to buy a Miele vacuum. After looking up local retailers, we chose to come here because it was the closest to us. The location is off a beaten path on Pierson Rd., and the building façade is kind of run down, but their product offerings are awesome.
At first, we just wanted to look at it, and see how it operated, see the ease of use for my in-​laws. The gentleman (his name escapes me, sorry!) was so kind and let us try his floor display, but he cautioned us in that it won’t perform AS WELL as the new one since it’s been tested numerous times. Well, it worked really well, and I was surprised that it could be even better. Afterwards, we phoned over to Husband’s parents, and told them the figure, and they were flabbergasted at the cost. However, since they trusted our judgement, they said to go ahead and get it. Parents. lol
By no means are these vacuums cheap. In fact, it was valued at close to $ 500, but Spangler’s not only gave us a 25% discount, but he threw in an extra HEPA filter to go with it. (Valued at around $ 20/​filter)
Anyhow, these guys work so hard in maintaining a living, and if I could be of any assistance, I’d most definitely do it, and I’m so glad to see a smile on their faces. Oh, and they also repair old vacuums and even sewing machines! Consider that these guys are so open and genuine, I wouldn’t be surprised if you had another appliance or tool that needed repairs. Just ask!
