Had new Muffler, Installed, new all the way back, except they reused my tailpipe,
and after 4 months, my Tailpipe came of. looks as if the tech, did not get the Clamp positioned correctly, causing it to fall off! They could have simply fixed in about ten minutes, but because i could not find my receipt, They totally denied that i was even there, refusing to fix it!
Receipt was in glove box, when i ask lady if she wanted me to go get it, she stated no it’s okay!
then they called me back saying they could not find any history on my truck showing i was ever there! I told them the receipt was in the truck, but when they Looked for it! it mysteriously disappeared!
