I used to resell cds and dvds here before it burned to the ground. At first, their selling practices and resell rates were fair. After awhile, it became glaringly apparent that the people working here were either incompetent or lazy and quite possibly in it just for a money grab. They must have been nuts to think that people were going to be willing to continue to do business with them with their new prices. CDs selling for $ 8-$ 10 regularly that were scratched and had cracked jewel cases and had been out on the market with 500,000 copies circulating or more is a rip off. They were once the best place for out of print music, books, movies and other memorabilia, but they quickly lost favor with me and everyone else. The trade rate was downright paltry, less than a $ 1 for in demand dvd’s and double disc cd’s in their wrapping. All they wanted to do for years was give in store credit that was written on a stupid little post it note. No wonder they didn’t bother to rebuild after the blaze that tore through the building. I’m sure they had plenty of coverage.

I’ve been going to this location since I was able to read, pretty much. They always had a great selection of children’s books. I love getting biographies and video games here. Jellybean’s makes an adult feel like a kid again
