History

Established in 2005.

Established in 2005 Icon Mortgage Lending was formed by Woody Holt and Jeremy Hall in 2005 as a Mortgage Broker serving all of Michigan and only Michigan. In 2008 Icon Mortgage Lending acquired new office space on the corner of Hill and Saginaw on what is known as «The Pointe of Grand Blanc».

Icon Mortgage Lending is one of the only mortgage companies that has continued to grow with every year of busines and has expanded into now being able to offer the services of both a Mortgage Broker and a Mortgage Lender.

In 2013 Icon Mortgage Lending acquired a new Corporate Headquaters in The Gateway Centre On Hill Rd just East of the US 23 exit, with a Grand Opening scheduled for early 2014.
