Buyer Beware! They do not fix furnaces… They only waste your time and keep billing. It must be a way of funding on the job training. John promised not to bill and that they would get the furnace fixed after several service calls. He now wants to split the bill, but the furnace is NOT fixed. I just called Goyette to get it done right.
Update: Goyette came out and found the problem using proper gauges and fixed it the first time!

i wish I would have waited before writing my first review. Although installation and service have been excellent, I was shorted in receiving my rebate because paperwork was never done. The techs that installed my new furnace kept telling me about receiving a rebate, they told me paperwork would be finished at the office and sent in for me. NO — that is not how it worked. It didn’t get done before 30 days, so consequently. Was ripped off of my rebate. I take back my five star review because of this. After spending $ 4000 on a new system, some back would have been nice!
