This was catered food, sampling were rib tips, greens, Mac n cheese, cornbread, and sandwich bread. It was a tasty lunch. I really enjoyed the greens — probably the stand out for me. I had never heard of this place before, but I sure want to try some of their other items. Rib tips were chopped and in a tasty bbq sauce (not too sweet and a nice peppery flavor) some pieces tender, some tough. I enjoyed the mac n cheese as it seemed spot on, also with a nice addition of black pepper. All in all i would say one may find wonderful, salty fulfillment here. I shall try more another day… now to go for a run :)
