Its one of the best BRU locations you will find. The merchandize is good, store is always clean and moreover the employees are extremely helpful. The store manager is very good herself. They make sure you come back as a customer and sure enough i did. not even once was i disappointed. love this place.

They have a very nice mothers’ room if you are in need of breast feeding or pumping. The mall across the street doesn’t have even one family restroom!

Some of the employees are good, some aren’t. Bought a couple boxes of diapers on sale and had one that hadn’t been opened when my toddler jumped to the next size. When this happened when she was a baby I’d been able to just take the unopened box in and exchange for the next size without a receipt with no hassle. I tried this again recently and they said I needed a receipt because I had to return the smaller size and buy the bigger size. I didn’t keep the receipt so they gave me the lowest price they’d been in the last 30 days which was of course less than I’d paid even when I’d gotten them on sale. Now I used my stupid rewards card when I bought the smaller size but could they look it up on there? Of course not! Adding even more insult to injury was the fact that there was no sale going on at the time so I had to pay full price for the bigger size and I ended up losing $ 15! I tried explaining I had spent over $ 500 in the last few months between clothes for my toddler and shower gifts and that if they really did this to me I would not shop there again but even the «manager» didn’t care. If there is some $ 10 or less item I really need quick & cannot find anywhere else I have gone back a couple since but I will never give them my business for a large purchase or for frequent purchases again because they do not care about customers or retaining their loyalty.
