Best barbershop I’ve been to in a long time. I’m diggin the vintage 50’s vibe in there. Walked in and there was barely any wait. Drove nearly 30 miles for a haircut and I think it was worth it 100%. They play great music and greet you with a smile. After I was done I wanted to stay and just listen to their funny stories. I will deff be back and will be bringing my buddies here from now on

I drive 35 minutes to just get my hair done by Rich or Jeremy. Never a wait and the atmosphere of the place is very welcoming. Easily can say that it’s the best barber shop in North Jersey.

This is THE première barbershop in New Jersey. I’ve been going to Rich for years and would not consider using another barber. These boys are always on point with the sharpest cuts. If you go to another shop, come here after and they’ll fix you up.

Really cool barber shop. I walked in without an appt and new right away I was gonna get a great haircut. I got a tight fade and was very impressed they out cut my current barber. looks like i found a new one! and the price isnt bad, 20.00 for a cut. Definitely going back again.

I’ve been looking for a regular barber shop because I’ve been bouncing around for a couple of years. As soon as I walked in I could tell I was going to like it here. The shop is clean, great décor, great music and no attitude. Both Rich and Jeremy are friendly and professional. It’s refreshing to find people who are serious about their craft and it shows in their work.
My search is over. I’m here to stay.

Went here for the first time today Rich was awesome. Great environment great pricing and hair cut is best my wife has seen on me. Don’t be afraid of a shave when you are there either excellent straight razor technique. Plus the shop has a unique modern retro look and feel. Gents this place is perfect to go when the miss is at liberty village shopping.

Hold Fast is the best barber shop around. Excellent service, fantastic cuts and shaves, and a really cool environment. I wish we had shops like this growing up, and I’m super glad my kids do now. Great job guys.

The shop is clean and has a very retro, vintage vibe going on. No appointments are necessary, but the wait is minimal and well worth it.

As good as it gets. No BS, great service and no attitude. You can wait for your barber (Rich or Jeremy) or go for the next open chair, Rich has been cutting my hair for a while and he will continue to be my barber. Can get busy with some waiting but well worth it. I try to go on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning and I’m usually first in the chair.

I have been getting barbered by Rich the Barber for about 2 years now. Rich and J-​Ham are great, personable guys that make you feel welcome the minute you walk through their door. They are both masters of their craft and the shop has a close, family feel with rad artwork and style. I drive 45 mins for my fresh cuts, what does that tell you?

It is a rarity to be in the presence of such agreeable fellows who also posses a mastery of the hair arts. Rich and J-​ham are the undisputed dynamic duo of man grooming. This is a family-​friendly old-​time barbershop with really cool antique chairs, nice décor, and quality conversation. Don’t let the tattoos fool you… it’s completely safe for them to come at you with a straight razor. What more can I say?

Best haircut I’ve ever had. These guys know what they are doing. Wait time was a little long, but that’s only because other people are catching on to the quality of their work, and they take their time to give you the best cut possible. This is now my go to barber. Super reasonable prices @ $ 20 for a men’s cut.
