Chem-Dry by Choice is owned and operated by Gary & Karen Dodd since 1996. Prior to owning Chem-Dry by Choice, Gary spent 2 years working for another Chem-Dry. Gary also sold carpeting for 5 years. Karen was a furniture & carpet buyer in the Midwest prior to working with Gary at Chem-Dry by Choice.
