This company is a total rip off. Run, don’t walk, away from them. We had them come out to look at a chimney for a house we just bought. They decided that a new insert was required and some other repairs. Over $ 4,000 later the chimney will not draft.
They do not answer the telephone. They do not answer email. Our only recourse is to file suit.
Save yourself the trouble and use someone else.

Do NOT use this company. They are a waste of your time. Very poor customer service. I had an appt between 9 – 9:30am. 9:50 rolls around and no one comes. I called the company and they said that the person that was coming got held up at another job and would be another hour, well, I had to be at work so I rescheduled. The next appt was for a few days later between 8 – 8:30am. 9:30 rolls around and still NO ONE! I call the company and of course, no answer.
