I’ve used The Tinderbox for our routine chimney sweep for the past two years. They are professional, fast and do a great job. I also had an issue with our chimney’s damper which they not only fixed temporarily (for free) but also advised me on the best way (s) to correct the issue permanently by giving me two different options with thorough explanations and no hard sell.
My advice to potential customers is book your appointment early because they get really busy in Sept/​Oct/​Nov.
