Wizard’s Propane & Stove Sales

We were trying to heat a 2200 sq ft cabin with a propane furnace and costing ourselves an arm and a leg to do so with no luck. Wizards was amazing start to finish. I am not an easy customer, I pick your brain and examine every option possible. They were back logged for a couple of weeks, but maintained communication each week and installed on time. Jack was extremely informative and never batted an eye to my novice questions. I now know exactly how my stove works, and best of all we are WARM in the house. I would definitely purchase here again, and they will get our business for pellets and all service going forward. Support local business, don’t line the pockets of a CEO. You might get your stove cheaper at another location, but have fun getting serviced by that big box store! Wizards is where its at, and they have a customer for life!

Absolutely the best sales and service for wood burning appliances in Flagstaff. You may wait a bit longer for a home service call, but it will be worth it. The services is always top notch and the service tech always explains what he is doing and why. I’ve been burning pellet stoves for over 12 years and have used others in town, but I am now a completely loyal «Wizards» customer.

I called four days ago with a fairly simple issue. I was told it would be 8 days before I could be helped. After four days I called back to see it they had an opening. They said they were busy and would call back. They never called back. I called again and asked if they could fit me in somewhere. They again told me they were too busy. I asked if I should try another place and they told me I should. I called another place and had my issue resolved in 10 minutes by an extremely friendly person.

I was so impressed with Wizard Hearth and Home! They installed my stove quickly, professionally, and gave excellent advice and input. I will be calling them again for future maintenance, and I recommend them to anyone needing woodstove install or service!

Best service ever! I called to get my stove serviced and they took such good care of me. From the moment they answered the phone to the service tech who came to my house, every moment of this experience was good. Unfortunately my stove is on it’s last leg and it I will need a new one soon but you can bet I will give these people my business first!

I originally called the company about 6 months ago for a chimney sweep and wood stove cleaning. They came out, but their ladder wasn’t tall enough. We rescheduled and the second time they came, their ladder was AGAIN, not tall enough. The third time they came out, I wasn’t around and I left the key in a lock box on the front door. I was promised by the owner, Jack, that he would be the ONLY one with the lock box information, and he promised he would be the only one to come out to do the service. He lied… he sent an employee out, who had trouble with the lockbox and instead of letting me know, left our home unlocked for over 24 hours! The owners were very apologetic initially, but then repeatedly failed to follow up with me about some parts they were supposed to order for me, for the stove. I called this evening to follow up, and was understandably frustrated about the continued lack of reasonable service. I was told to «have a nice life» and then hung up on.
Please please steer clear of this awful company!
Too bad I couldn’t give zero stars :-(
