The Valvoline Instant Oil Change business was created in 1986 with the purchase of Rapid Oil Change centers in upstate New York, the Minneapolis/​St. Paul region and the Instant Oil Change and DipStick acquisitions in Lansing and Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Read the reviews and figured I give this place a try since it was time for my regular oil change. I usually take my car to the dealer but I don’t like how a regular service turns into an all day experience. First of all, this is a drive thru service so you get to sit in your car while they do the service. The oil change took about 15 – 20 minutes. They also check your fluids and tires and they found that I needed a transmission flush and an air filter. The additional services only took 20 more minutes to complete. Their prices are fair. $ 39.99 for an oil change ($ 34.99 with a $ 5 coupon on their website), $ 149.99 for the transmission fluid exchange, and $ 21.99 for a new air filter. Really can’t go wrong with the fast service and fair prices. Got my car fully serviced for $ 220 and in 40 minutes. Will be coming back here for my next one!

I was just passing through Flagstaff and needed an oil change and my check-​engine light was on too. There was no wait when I arrived so I was in and out in about 20 minutes (for an oil change and a gear oil viscosity test) and was only charged for the oil change, about $ 40. They let me know that my check-​engine light was on due to my catalytic converter, but reassured me it’s not going to be an issue till the next time I need to pass an emissions test. Like the other reviewers said, they are fast, friendly and reasonably priced.

This is my new go to place for oil changes. I’ve always gone to places like Wal-​Mart and Jiffy Lube in the past and I’ve always had to wait at least an hour. I was in and out of here in 10 minutes, not kidding.
The guy was helpful, told me my wiper blades and air filter were going out but didn’t pressure me to have them do it. Total was $ 41.05 after tax for the standard oil.

This place was absolutely fantastic! They didn’t try and pressure you for extra services and their knowledge of cars was great! Best part is that you don’t have to get out of your car! The only issue is that the Unilocal coupon doesn’t work because they don’t have a code to put in but they took me to their website and found a comparable coupon. I got six quarts of oil in my truck for $ 40! Definitely the place to go to! They also top your oil off for free in between your oil changes! Fantastic!

Super fast! We were just passing through flagstaff and needed an oil change. There was a long wait at the places right off the freeway so we called Valvoline and they got us in right away. The staff was very friendly, polite, seem like they enjoy their work. Couldn’t ask for better service! Worth driving into town for this spot! Thanks guys!
