Established in 2010.

The Mattress Center opened its first store in Flagstaff in 2010, then grew to Cottonwood in 2012 and in 2015 opened Prescott.

The Mattress Center is amazing! You get the same, or even better, prices as the big chains, but WAY better service. Their entire staff is friendly, and more importantly «not pushy». It doesn’t feel like buying a car. You can tell that they are really trying to help you get the best matress for your specific needs, and budget, and not just trying to make a sell. I recommend anyone, and everyone go to the Matress Center for their next matress. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks guys!

Great reviews led me to call The Mattress Center and I talked to Kurtis. He was most personable and knowledgeable — we actually narrowed out choice to one set over the phone. He was so accommodating to bring that mattress set from the Cottonwood store so it would be in the next day on our trip into the Flagstaff store. PLUS Jessie arranged for same-​day delivery! Our moving day was so efficient because of the way they are oriented to customer service. We were most grateful and are sleeping soudly!

We bought a bed set from here and their service was top notch. Very Caring and extremely serviceable. The mattress we thought we bought was delivered. After a couple of nights my husband had noticed it wasn’t exactly like the one we tried in the store. We went back to the store to see if it had a different name but it was the same. However the owner came to our house to check the difference and noticed the one we had delivered was not as firm as the store. No questions asked they ordered us a new one and it ended up to be the right one. This is a husband and wife owned store and they know how to take care of their customers first class.

I was in looking for a mattress and stumbled on the one I wanted. Unfortunately at that time they were out of stock so I shopped around town for the same one and no one came within $ 100 of The Mattress Center. I paid for it the next day to place a hold on it.
After a few weeks I got a new bed frame and while exchanging it I noticed some damaged wood on my box spring. I called mattress center and without hesitation they sent a guy out in 1 day to replace it free of charge. I will definitely be back when I need a new bed.

Thank you Kurtis! My fiancé and I were in to purchase a mattress and he took us through the full range of mattresses and price ranges and let us decide. His expertise in mattresses cannot be matched we visited the other stores in the area and Kurtis stands out! It was amazing service and he was attentive to us when we had questions but also let us relax on the beds to make our final decisions while listening to music.
Our mattress shopping experience was fun and informative. Due to our low back issues we knew we need an innerspring mattress but did not know about the technology that Beautyrest has that is perfect for us. We were happy to spend our money her and support a local business. Thank you!

Great service, immediately helpful, receptive, and knowledgeable. We came in and within 20 minutes knew our mattress, and had free delivery set up (we are students)! Highly recommend this place if in the market for a mattress. Did I mention good prices…
