This Company was established purely on the basis of helping people. I have been involved in the Automobile business for over 20 years, and have for years seen people being taken advantage of by outside companies. So we established this business to give Great Customer Service as well as a fair and affordable price. Our goal is to offer Fair, Fast and Friendly service to anyone who may need our services at anytime. Other companies locally are not as satisfied with our pricing because they say that we are tainting the market by not asking enough for towing and Road Side services, and that we are cheap selling our services. Well, our whole goal is to take care of customers in a professional and timely manner and to do it and an affordable price. Thus the name of our Company. «Tapped Out Towing & Transport LLC» our motto: When saving money matters and every penny counts, call Tapped Out Towing & Transport, the company that will not leave you tapped out.

Business Owner

Laura and Rich Beecroft are the owner’s of Tapped Out Towing and Transport LLC. Laura and Rich have been married for almost 8 years, and have 2 Beautiful boys together and have 6 kids between them. They have been Flagstaff residents for over 15 years and enjoy the mountains very much. Laura is From Wisconsin originally and is a mid-​west type person with a caring personality for other people. Rich is a native Arizonan and has been working in the automobile industry for over 20 years. They look forward to helping others and serving all the people that they can and provide a great experience for them as well.

***Update** owner finds you on FB and starts threatening and harassing to further intimidate and degrade women. After he sent two messages, he finally sent an apology which by this time was far too late. Had you been a professional from the beginning, we would have had a better resolve. How would you, Rich, like your wife or daughters to have gone through what your driver put me through that night? ***
Horrendous! Drivers are applauded for being bigots and potentially killing people. Cuss words, derogatory and filthy negative comments being yelled at women on the road with no provocation. Slamming on brakes in the middle of a thoroughfare while flashing all lights causing potential fatal accidents. Severe road rage and the owner (represents himself as such) approves of their behaviors and is repulsive to say the least. BBB complaints are being filed, lawsuits, and will be getting the word out to everyone in Flagstaff and surrounding areas of this bigotry and disgusting behavior… EVERYONE STAY AWAY!

I got myself into a muddy situation out in flagstaff, and I had called about 6 other companies who had refused to send any trucks out because none had 4X4 capability. Once I had Laura on the phone I knew Tapped Out would take care of everything and have us back safe on paved road. She sent their crew out to my location within the hour but after several hours of them trying to work their way through the mud to find us, their trucks became lodged in the mud as well. The guys did everything they could to try and get their equipment to my car but it was becoming late and we were gonna be stuck in the dark. So a member of their crew was nice enough to take us back up the highway to Flagstaff and we opted to leave the car out in the mud overnight. They were prompt and we’ll equipped the next morning and had my car back on the road within an hour. They are some of the most hard working and diligent individuals I have ever come across. I was extremely impressed with their perseverance and willingness to try and get us out. Christian was the main rep that I worked with, and he is one of the nicest and attentive workers! All in all I would definitely call these guys again if I ever needed help out with my car when I’m up north! I can’t thank them enough for their hard work! Good job guys!

Tapped Out was who my car insurance roadside assistance called to send to me when my draft shaft fell off. The driver (Chance) came quickly (15 minutes) and was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again.
