Steve has started his Real Estate business about 6 years ago after leaving the hospitality industry (mainly a restaurant out on Leupp Rd called T-​Bows) Being in the hospitality field has taught Steve the importance of customer service. Both businesses are pretty much the same when it comes to customer service says Steve. You need to acknowledge and pay attention and let them know you are there for them.
