I worked with Logan Talley and Donna at Re/Max properties. WOW! Logan knows his stuff! He is extremely professional, educated of the area, gave great recommendations and is very organized. Logan went out of his way to accommodate the fact that I was purchasing from out of state, which requires some back and forth emailing and additional coordination. He orchestrated the transaction to make it as smooth and pleasent as possible. I highly recommend working with him. I’ve already recommended working with Logan to a family member for his next purchase and I look forward to reaching out next time I’m looking to purchase in Flag.

I contacted this company multiple times through on listing 571763 ‘The Woodlands Mountain Retreat.’ I first reached out June 8th at about 8am. No reply all day and reached out again. I received a reply that the days were available but even though they were 2 weeks out and there was a 3 day gap(hard to fill with firm dates) that they had a holiday 4th of July rate much higher for June dates and had to do 3 nights. I reached out again THREE more times in the next two days with no follow up. The phone number goes to a message line so if they don’t feel like calling there is no one to reach out to. Note that I am in the vacation rental industry for a luxury company in San Diego and was so disappointed in the lack of follow up just because I couldn’t stay for a period that made him more money. They got back to me when I mentioned writing a review. I communicated with John who finally emailed back with a very unfriendly no and that they are unable to negotiate rates and minimums for the owner as a management company. Hilarious. I was very friendly and courteous to him throughout the emails and our group was me, my husband and my mother and father-in-law. I am unable to travel more than this due to my work schedule as a director of revenue of a management company that manages rates for our owners. Hmmmm. We are low maintenance and had no guests, no pets and are non smokers. I offered 650 at one point of the 2 night stay in the last minute window gap and was flat out ignored. If they don’t fill it great, I hope the actual owner looks for new management as I know they didn’t reach out and ask you if you’d take us. Your home is beautiful and it would have been a pleasure. So disappointed here and seeing a trend in some reviews. We’ve since found alternative accommodations with a management company happy work with us.

Looked at a house that was supposed to be fully renovated; the carpet was replaced and living room painted that is it! The house was disgusting! The agent showing was arrogant and seemed shady. Beware!

One word: horrible. Steer clear. At move in to the rental property, did not have many things in working condition and some things were not cleaned from the previous tenant. Denied obvious maintenance needs from day one and during the entire rental time. One thing that was repaired took several months(after pleading numerous times). Cannot trust or believe what these people tell you.
