Hands On! Integrative Bodywork

Had a GREAT couples massage with my husband today. It was awesome. Whitney was extremely responsive to my emails and I was literally able to get in the next day. Jeanette and Lydia were amazing and combined with a great thunderstorm — made the whole experience relaxing and romantic. Literally can’t wait to go back. :)

I was very disappointed with the customer service at Hands On Integrative Bodywork. I confirmed a scheduled appointment via e-​mail and phone confirmations 24 hours prior to my appointment, but when my partner and I showed up for a massage we found out our second therapist didn’t show up. We had been scheduled for a couples massage with two therapists (also confirmed by the owner, Michelle) but weren’t able to get our massages since the other girl never showed up. The other therapist was sweet enough and took it upon herself to offer us massages at another place where she works — she felt horrible and wanted to rectify the situation, but it still would’ve been at full cost (and slightly more expensive than what we originally signed up for.
Even more disappointing is that we never received a call from the owner later that day or thereafter explaining what happened or offering to rectify the situation. Scheduling shouldn’t be that hard and I understand that mistakes happen from time to time, but when they do I personally expect great service from management and at least a phone call or e-​mail. I’m sure the therapists do great work here but based on service, I can’t recommend.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of visiting Hands On! for massage therapy twice now and simply cannot say enough wonderful things about the care and compassion exercised by Whitney and Maggie. I have gotten 3 massages from Maggie Ryan at Hands On! Bodywork. One time I had a sharp pain in my back rib cage and she cured me! The massage space has a lovely vibe and atmosphere, and Maggie listens to what you want and delivers professional bodywork with healing results. I recommend trying the little suction cups on your back!

I have a very stressful job, because of that I have unbelievable tightness in my shoulders, neck and lower back and I have knots in all theses spots as well! Whitney the massage therapist was able to help me! Most people are nervous to work on me, but she worked these spots and gave me relief. I enjoyed the massage room very relaxing and comfortable. I have returned for multiply visits and recommend this locations for a outstanding experience. I also thought the massage therapist was very conscientiousness to my preferences during the message session. Can’t wait to go again.

I am a little bit addicted to massages and pamper myself whenever I am given the opportunity, but more so, when I am in pain, I find a massage can do wonders to help me feel better… even if just for an hour while I am on the table.
Enter my vacation to Flag and the fact that I’d been suffering from shoulder pain due to over-​use for quite some time. Needless to say, I decided that I needed to treat myself to a massage during my trip, so where did I go to find said massage? Unilocal,of course!
I found some glowing reviews of Hands On! — both for Maggie and Whitney. I inquired about availability during my little window of opportunity and lucky for me, Maggie was able to squeeze me in… hooray!
From the moment I inquired, I could tell that the ladies at Hands On are customer service oriented. I left a message and heard back right away both via phone call and email (per my request). And on the day of my massage, Maggie texted me to confirm that I knew where I was going, etc…
The building happened to be easy to find thanks to my handy dandy Unilocal directions, and I pretty much melted on the table for the entire 90 minutes I was there. Maggie is extremely talented and spot on in diagnosing that my pain was being caused by connective tissue. This was confirmed the following week by a Physical Therapist. I just wish I could visit Maggie more frequently; I’d be a regular if I lived in Flag!

Honestly, the best massage I’ve ever gotten in the best atmosphere! Very relaxing, wonderful therapists– truly recommended.

I was in Flag visiting for a few blissful days — it just seemed appropriate to get a massage. Checking out the places on Unilocal — I landed on this place, saw the 5 star review and went for it.
Like always, I can trust my fellow Unilocalers. I asked for an appointment with Maggie and got an appointment before I had to leave back to Phoenix. Right when you walk in, it just feels good… there is a nice check in office area, and beautiful colors. (Loved the swirly painted walls). The Massage room was really beautiful and big — Which was nice because nothing worse then being cooped up in a tiny little massage room!
The massage with Maggie was INCREDIBLE. She really loves what she does — I can tell. She uses all sorts of massage techniques (I don’t know what they are called as Im a foodie not a massage expert) … but I left feeling so relaxed… and mentally calm and invigorated. Like I just went on a Yoga retreat.
Flagstaff needs me to visit more frequently. Thanks Maggie

I had a 90 minute massage. It was wonderful. Pure Bliss. Maggie is a great therapist.

My masseuse was very personable and communicative about my problem areas, being that I do a great deal of flexibility training. She really helped my whiplash and shoulder injuries, and got a lot of the tension out of my back, hips, and hamstrings, leaving me feeling much more relaxed and in much less pain. The atmosphere was also quite nice; very serene and soothing.
