Our appraisers are certified residential and have experience with every residential property type; single family homes, condominiums, townhouses, manufactured homes, custom built homes, and vacant land appraisals.

Our current turn-​around time for most residential appraisal reports is 3 – 5 business days or about one week from the time you order your appraisal to the time we deliver the completed report to you.

At Express Valuation we use the latest in software and technology to ensure we have the freshest, most recent, and accurate data for our appraisal reporting.

Express Valuation Appraisal Service has been practicing in the real estate and appraisal industries since 2001.

Our company was formed, in 2005, in response to the growing demand for ethical, competent, and objective real estate appraisals to support today’s real estate investments.

As professionals we maintain memberships with the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Ethical Arizona, and the Appraisal Institute. These affiliations provide our clients confidence in our professionalism and connections with the community.

Our appraisers also maintain the latest in appraisal and business education by attending regular classes and seminars through the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business, the Appraisal Institute, and Northern Arizona University.
