Cute clothes, over priced for the quality however. Good service from the employees. They always say hello and good bye every time I go! Their underwear and their fleeced lined leggings are their best products !

Noticed the past couple of times items are are getting cheaper — and really prefer higher end items. But the store is worth a look !
The sales girls are always nice.

I used to love this place until I had a very bad experience with the staff. The two girls working at the time were extremely rude to me and would not let me return a shirt even though I had never worn it before and it had the tag on it and a I had a receipt. The clothes also do not last at all and seem to be cheaply made.

Good prices, I especially love the 2/​$ 10 jewelry: my earring collection has grown exponentially here! The accessories are also pretty great, including $ 10 scarves and gorgeous bags under $ 50. There’s a table by the dressing room that has double sided clothing tape, bra extenders, and pasties-​like items for coverage help with tricky, strappy tops.
By and large, the clothing is too casual for my tastes and the style is on par with Urban Outfitters marrying Anthropologie at Forever 21 prices– not bad for a college town, and there are good sale items and staples (camisoles in particular).
Service is genuinely sweet, and they have a cool loyalty program where you earn $ 5 coupons as you acquire points for your spending.

Came in the other day and had a GREAT experience! The customer service was there all around and they had even better sales going on toward the back!

I was killing time downtown and decided to stop in the Basement Marketplace again (for the first time in almost a year). It has such a relaxed atmosphere and a ton of great finds! The styles featured are reminiscent of H&M or Urban Outfitters, without a high price tag. And they have fantastic sales! I picked up a couple gorgeous pairs of earrings that were two for $ 10. I usually find it pretty easy to say «no» to spending money … but in this case I just found it hard to say no! I’m a little scared to look at the clothing (I doubt they’d have my size) but I bought my favorite scarf here and it’s an absolute must go-​to location for great accessories!

The sales person, Lauren, assisted me in making a purchase. All of the people there are friendly and offer high level of customer service. The clothes are different and stylish while also affordable. I love that they offer a variety of styles for different ages and sizes.

I love BMP! I come from Phoenix to flagstaff just to shop at BMP! My favorite place and the gals are amazing!!!

I was always under the impression that this place was overpriced and avoided it for the first two years I lived in Flagstaff. I’m a fool!
This place has some of the best sales. I’m used to seeing ill-​fitting, unstylish clothes on the $ 5 rack at most stores, not here! I’ve procured some of my most favorite items of clothing from that rack down in Basement Marketplace. Their style is quite a bit like H&M.
Some of the clothes I’ve bought here have been lacking in quality, but it’s not an overarching theme. Most of the things I’ve bought here have become a staple in my wardrobe.

I had so much fun shopping here. I got amazing bargains! Plus, the associates were very helpful and friendly. I got at least 12 items for $ 70. This place reminds me of a small Urban Outfitter without the guys section. If you’re ever in Flagstaff it’s worth the visit.

Not the highest quality stuff, but good for a few trendy purchases. Staff has always been friendly over the years, only I wish they didn’t hang out around the dressing rooms to give commentary on whatever you’re trying on. Worst part is the BBQ joint that makes the whole store smell like some Texas nightmare.

Looooove this place! Every time I come to Flagstaff I always make sure that I go here. The place is super big, clean, organized, have super cute clothes plus accessories, and the employees are super friendly always have a smile on their face and are fast at finding things if you ever need help. The clothes are super cute and better than all the stores back where I live and all the clothes are super up date date and definitely in style. There could be more dressing rooms but I never try anything on here since I know what size I am so that isn’t such of a big of a deal for me. Today I went and got quite a lot of stuff and the cashier that rung me up was somewhat slow which was kinda annoying but not enough to make me not want to go back here again. When I got back to my hotel room I realized she forgot to take a security tag off a shirt which sucks and mean i’ll have to go back here tomorrow for her to take it off for me.

Who decided crop tops were back?!
I do enjoy going to the Basement Marketplace any time I’m in Flagstaff as their clothing is similar in nature to H&M. My last visit was a little lackluster as their merchandise appears to be ripped out of Coachella Music Festival flyer: crop tops, fringe everywhere, tight space-​themed leggings and cut-​off shorts that your momma would make you change.
Pros:
–great jewelry prices, most are 2 for $ 10, can really stock up on every-​day pieces
–sometimes offer mix-​and-​match clothing items, 2 for $ 30, etc.
–nice staff, very polite
Cons:
–dressing rooms. I hate the cheap «here’s your 3 sided changing box with a sheet hung over the door.»
–price of clothing, expect to spend $ 30+ for a shirt not on sale.
–BBQ restaurant in same basement. Who decided that? I like BBQ but the smell of it wafts through the clothing store was like some kind of torture.
My go-​to for jewelry (love my new chain necklaces), but will skip the clothes (and the BBQ).

This is a good place to buy really basic items, tank tops, plain t-​shirts, leggings etc. They always have buy 2 for such and such price type deals on these items.
Other than that, it’s a little like H&M in that when you go beyond the basics things get unique, and just not in a way I really prefer.
Probably 3.5 stars overall.

stumbled in here after a good few hours of drinking.
Very surprised at how this place looks small on the outside but so big on the inside.
It has a very young hip feel to it.
Young people and cool quick restaurants and drinks.
Downstairs fashion store. Upstairs Novelty store.
Cool place to check out.

LOVE IT!
It’s like Urban Outfitters, but a tad bit cheaper, a tad less obnoxious, and it has a bar with bbq food in it!
As a result, the new top I bought did smell of bbq… but whatever.
If I lived in Flag, I’d totally shop the sales rack at this place every week.

So I went in here after a martini and bought more that I should have. But I do love my hat and I think Heather will love the «My friend is a Slut» tshirt that i bought for her. I got a really cool wallet also. Lots of fun Urban Outfitter type gift crap and inexpensive trendy clothes. Cute shop for a college kid.
I do regret not buying the sparkly snow ball type bouncing rubber ball. Pink.

The best place to shop in Flag as a student! Prices are affordable but clothes are cool! Pretty much equivalent to a Forever 21/H&M type place.
